If u want to revert back to stock.. Follow these steps :
First u have to unlock bootloader which u have relocked....
Then u have to download RUU... First u see ur radio number on top of bootloader screen. Then download appropriate RUU from here .
Run the RUU application. It will extract the files in temp folder..
search for the ruu logs, for me at c:\ruu_log. in the log (for me in line 191) is the path to the rom.zip that should get flashed. something in temp folder... for me the line looks like this:
"<T093343><DEBUG><CMD>fastboot -s HT1BMVMXYZ flash zip C:\users\raangu\AppData\Local\Temp\{1235}\{12345}\ rom.zip</CMD></DEBUG></T093343>"
extract rom.zip... and copy system.img , boot_signed.img and recovery_signed.img to the adb folder [fastboot folder]
connect usb reboot in fastmode.
open command prompt in the fastboot folder and type :
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash boot boot_signed.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery_signed.img
relock the bootloader
In command line type :
fastboot oem lock
now run the ruu application and install RUU..... U will be back to stock rom with bootloader locked..
HIT THANKS IF I HAVE HELPED U....

just rem long time back i gave my phone for service and they flashed a new SW
and the version was as u see below
android version 2.3.5
sense version 3.5
software version is : 1.43.720.2
and i by mistake deleted the CWM backup of this rom so may be that is why i cant flash the existing RUU as it is a version lower than what i had
so now if i do as u say will it work or will it brick my phone
right now my phone shows stock recovery and stock rom isnt this enough to give my phone for exchange at the phone shop and get any new one im thinking of getting the new MMX canvas HD may be around the month end it still hasnt hit the market yet only available online

That's gud.... I think you are not having signed stock boot.img flashed.... That's why u r not able to boot the phone after locking the bootloader.... If u want to lock the bootloader, first flash stock boot.img and stock recovery.img then lock it...

Part 1;- Use the search facility - this has been asked and posted many, many times
Part 2;- There is no such thing. All ICS ROMs are beta versions with stability issues and will continue to have these problems until HTC release on official kernel for our device so the devs can work off that.

Flash a rom
I think u have have to reflash ruu to fix hboot
Sent from my HTC Explorer A310e using xda premium
if you can get into recovery -
1. wipe everything (all partitions, dalvik cache, battery stats, etc)
2. mount usb storage. download jaggy rom and put it on to the sd card.
3. flash the rom, it will boot up fine.
4. reboot to recovery. wipe everything again.
5. reboot to bootloader (in twrp) if on yannou, just pull out the battery, put it in and keep holding volume down and power till you get the fastboot menu.
6. get into fastboot mode, connect phone to PC, run the proper RUU for your device.
if you can't get into recovery -
fastboot boot <recovery name>.img. Preferably use a twrp recovery.
thanks for suggestion bros

This is the non T-mobile, WWE East Europe ROM with the same radio, or you could just get the latest RUU and flash it. I am not able to find the one modded by T-mobile. But are there any T-mobile specific services or apps that you want to use that were present on the phone when you got it first ? If not, this should do it for you.

sorry bro, I can't find the T-mobile specific ROM. Since you already have your phone running, and if you desparately want to switch back to the T-mobile ROM, you can always flash that RUU and take it to them and tell them that you just want the software updated. I don't think they will care about the phone being rooted as the service center guys will. I might be wrong though. Doesn't hurt to ask, does it ?

factory reset on pico after being rooted will give you a bootloop. DO NOT factory reset a rooted phone.

I assume your bootloader is unlocked, since you say so. You don't need to flash a recovery for it to work. You can just boot a recovery image and do your stuff.
1) run "fastboot devices" command. See if it spits out your device. If it does, your phone's in fastboot mode.
2) run "fastboot boot <recovery image name>.img". This will reboot your phone directly into the recovery where you can play around.
I assume again that one of your partitions has been corrupted just like mine had. So just as a safety measure use cute_prince's nand recovery method. Wipe everything from recovery, and reboot your phone. You should be able to flash stuff, and lock your bootloader normally. Then run the RUU.
NOTE : BOOTLOADER MUST BE LOCKED BEFORE FLASHING RUU.
Hope this helps. Reply back if you run into any other problems. Will try to help you as much as I can. And as far as flashing a ROM goes, I would stay away from CM10 beta 6 and all sense 4.0 / 4.0a ROMS as I have faced nand burns with them.

Try out this method it might solve ur prob ..
!!!DO NOT RELOCK the bootloader before Step 4 - this will brick your phone!!!
1. download RUU for your device here (check your radio at top the bootloader menu)
2. extract the RUU rom from RUU application
start the ruu application, even if it fails. also start the flashing process, nothing will happen here. search for the ruu logs, for me at c:\ruu_log. in the log (for me in line 191) is the path to the rom.zip that should get flashed. something in temp folder... for me the line looks like this:
"<T093343><DEBUG><CMD>fastboot -s HT1BMVMXYZ flash zip C:\users\raangu\AppData\Local\Temp\{1235}\{12345}\ rom.zip</CMD></DEBUG></T093343>"
3. flash the needed images
in the rom.zip you will find a boot_signed.img, a system.img and a recovery_signed.img. flash all these images with fastboot.
In command line:
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash boot boot_signed.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery_signed.img
4. relock the bootloader
In command line:
fastboot oem lock
5. install with RUU application
now run the RUU application again and follow the instructions.
You are back on RUU now!

Thank u . This is the SEA singapore/malaysia rom Version
Does the rom contain the firmware or have u removed it?
I have corrected the links for u with clickable ones.. As above.
Those who want to download , just click on the quote above
NOTE: that the firmware file in Original post is a full version, not a custom one . Flashing the firmware will result in loss of root
Here are 2 files, Choose one to flash , not both
If u flash this
2.24.707.1-custom firmware.zip
yr S-off , custom recovery and still Hboot 1.44 intact, u can use revone
on this. If u are already S-off , rooted and want to just upgrade the firmware flash this
If u flash this :
2.24.707.1-Unmodified firmware.zip
Yr S-off may be gone but u cannot use revone commands anymore . Hboot will be upgraded to 1.54 , custom recovery will be removed and potential problems later one . Flash this if u want just like the Stock OTA upgrade
---------- Post added at 05:07 AM ---------- Previous post was at 05:00 AM ----------
Explanation for the above: Generally U need to remove 3 things if u want to flash firmware on S-off phone
Boot.img - Kernel ( this is stock kernel ) remove if u are on custom rom
recovery.img ( HTC recovery) remove if u ant yr TWRP or CWM intact
Hboot ( remove if u want to keep yr phone Unlocking bootloader ability )

Firmware not in ROM
Magpir said:
Thank u . This is the SEA singapore/malaysia rom Version
Does the rom contain the firmware or have u removed it?
I have corrected the links for u with clickable ones.. As above.
Those who want to download , just click on the quote above
NOTE: that the firmware file is a full version, not a custom one . Flashing the firmware will result in loss of root

Thanks for fixing the links. No the firmware is not included in the ROM. It only has boot.img, /system and /data/preload. The firmware will need to be flashed separately using fastboot oem rebootRUU. The firmware can be extracted from the OTA firmware.zip or the link above. I'd remove hboot from the firmware as well. 1.54 hboot is a problem. Haha.

yes , thats what i meant. The rom should not contain recovery or Hboot or any firmware files
BTW if yr recovery is already TWRP, after flashing this rom , TWRP will automatically install the root access for u
Anyway this rom is supposed to be GSM/LTE. Cause phones with 707 region are LTE phones
So try changing the title

Great to see someone posting this..I have been searching for the firmware..
Btw..if I'm on a custom Rom, can I flash the firmware? I suppose it will only update my firmware and radio right?
Sent from my HTC One using xda app-developers app

This is a stock Rom...

No . This firmware is the full version. I stated earlier ... It will result in loss of root .. u need to remove the boot.omg, recovery.ing and hbootbya.img before flashing
I have posted a custom version of this firmware in #2 post of this thread
updated my 2nd post.....
just to confirm, if i'm currently on CWM touch and ARHD and would like to get back to stock recovery and stock ROM
i just need to download the 2 files quoted by Magpir and flash them using the following instructions?
Download stock odexed version of most recent firmware and recovery.img
Move recovery.img to c:\mini-sdk location
Boot your device in recovery mode (power off the device and turn it on using power + vol down buttons and select "RECOVERY")
In main menu, select "install zip from sdcard" and "choose zip from sdcard".
Navigate to the location of stock ROM (zip) package and confirm flashing procedure.
After flashing process is complete, reboot the device in bootloader mode.
Connect your device to the PC
Boot your device in fastboot mode (like you did during unlocking bootloader - power off the device and turn it on using power + vol down buttons and select "FASTBOOT")
Open up command prompt ( Start > Run > type cmd and hit enter ). The window that appears is called Command Prompt. <click here to see the image>
Navigate to where you unzipped "mini-sdk" package (type in Command Prompt: cd c:\mini-sdk). Note: make sure the path is not c:\mini-sdk\mini-sdk
In the Command Prompt type following command: fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
You have now stock boot, system and recovery partitions. Time to relock your bootloader.
In the Command Prompt type following command: fastboot oem lock.

The Mega link works fine for me. I'm not sure why you are having problems. I know Mega is picky when it comes to browsers...
I am uploading to dropbox and drive now. I hope the uploads will finish by tomorrow my time (GMT+10).

Bootloader must be locked!
Rename the Orange zip to PL80IMG.zip, copy it to external sdcard, boot your phone to bootloader and let it search for files to update. It will ask you, if you wat to flash the zip, confirm with Vol+ and follow the instructions
