Is it possible to boot a windows OS (e.g. Win XP, Win 7, Win 8) on Intel based Android phones (e.g. Lenovo k800, XOLO Lava) ? Will it be functional?

I9100 does not support dual boot.
Windows Phone requires Snapdragon processor, so no.
Anyway, no one has manage to port Windows Phone to Android device (yet).
Canonical ported Ubuntu to the Nexus 7 and showed it during their Ubuntu Developer Summit. Would a port be possible to the Infinity because of the very similar hardware ?

It is not WinCE 7, but it is android. Yes there are two versions of Windows and Android. I have one with android. The problem is that when I turn it on it immediately starts the base program and I want to have the usual android.
What is meant with base program ?
