I have just install NeatRom Lite V4.3 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1569686) and here is the bug:
Samsung input method will overwrite any non-default (third-party) input method when a bluetooth keyboard is enabled.
This is very problematic for me, because I must use third-party keyboard to input Vietnamese (Samsung default has Vietnamese mode but it is useless for me), I will not be able to use BT keyboard (especially when working with long text) when typing Vietnamese.
Note that: the bluetooth keyboard worked well with third-party input method before on my device, with older ROM (such as the stock ROM I9100DXLPF_I9100OLBLPF_XXV )

i just upgraded the samsung galaxy tablet 8.9 GT-P7310 to ICS; previous to this, tablet didn't have any major modification to the original settings (android 3.2/kernel 2.6.36.3).
tablet mainly used to teach english to tibetan communities and also to read online tibetan news.
tibetan fonts had been installed and working fine until OS upgrade.
NOW - problems with the font in internet browser (no recognition of font) and also previous non-samsung keyboard integrated with HC is gone (useful to swap between languages).
default encoding in browser - latin; tried to change it to unicode UTF-8, still not working.
is anyone able to help with this? last but not least, would revert to HC if only solution but not sure how to do it either.

Keyboard Manager Plus is a full remake of the original Keyboard Manager, for non-rooted devices!

I found Samsung keyboard is an amazing keyboard to use, I have been switching between keyboards but why not to use Samsung's.
The first issue, was that symbols don't appear in the primary layout. but there is a lot of work around targeting this area.
But didn't find much here to include the long press delay.
The following method will reduce the delay time to 200ms.
1) Install Xposed application form the following link, there you will find out how to install and use it.

I tried this method on S4 I9505 with base MH8 and I guarantee that its fully working.

Does it fit with any stock android keyboard?
Please, help me. How to remove some unnecessary layouts for a physical bluetooth keyboard (Android 9, EMUI 9)?
I used the standard system options for connecting the keyboard (without additional app). I accidentally added 6 layouts, although I only needed two (RU/EN). But how to remove the extra - is unclear. There are no check boxes in the layout selection window.
And now when switching input language (by ctrl+space) I have to sort through all 6 layouts.
Of course, I deleted the keyboard from bluetooth and pairing again, but the previously selected layouts were saved
The system have is only one language (Russian).
Note: This problem has nothing to do with either the Gboard or the SwiftKey! I can add / remove layouts from those apps.
