Because I cant unlock bootloader, it says NO
Hmm..you are pretty much on the brink of the theming tht you can do to give your phone more of a jb feel.
Try and do some more research on unlocking the bootloader.If you got your phone rooted, i will assume that the problem isnt the lack of adb drivers.Did you follow the detailed steps on sony's website or just the tool available here to unlock your bootloader.?

Not possible. Testpoint also requires unlockable bootloader

By the looks of it, and I could be wrong,
5.0 isn't coming this year.
Google said last year that they were slowing down updates to let OEM catch up to present android firmware.
Also they would of placed KLP Andy outside of Google's HQ like they did for previous Android OS.
A stable version of JB would be nice since every other update just kind of breaks something else. But who knows!
Everyone now days is taking the Apple approach and not release any information or confirmation of releases so let's hope for the best!

Google would stay with Jelly Bean since even now number of devices running Jelly Bean is less compared to Gingerbread and ics.
also according to Android police Google are working on a firmware starting from J indicating Jelly Bean

I dun think so cuz the market say not compatible for Sony Xperia Tipo Dual and it say compatible for my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and successfully install but cannot pass through the setup .

Go launcher with KNXT Glow Theme .
This app is working great but widgets dont work properly
First it shows click to open app after i press home button it shows no posts and moreover the refresh button in the widget also doesn't work

It was RC, first stages of rom for Polish mates only. Don't spoil.
Fljótur Rom - 4562 score in AnTuTu benchmark. Still better story than CM10.

Hope I don't have to mess with bootloader to taste kitkat... But that's likely going to be needed, the only way to get kitkat working with stock kernel is that Sony releases kitkat officially for XL, which is not going to happen (soon), right?

Yes, absolutely. Sony will not release KITKAT for Xperia L mostly. So you better unlock your bootloader & get ready to test CM11 as soon as it is released...:good:

Look. I'm really disappointed in you again.
I'm from CM and this info just isn't true.
WE DO NOT ANNOUNCE SUPPORT FOR DEVICES UNTIL THEY ARE IN THE TREES.
It's a PLACEHOLDER.
None of the Sony developers inside CM even have a Xperia L handset.
Can we get a mod to deal with this thread.

Yes it's possible to flash a rom (zip) on CWM with a locked bootloader.

No mate!
It's the stock recovery! You can't flash costum roms with it! Try a cwm for locked bootloader (link in the previous post), but be carefull, 'cause its full of bugs, and read the entire forum!!

During the Sony logo, your notification light will be on. Press the volume buttons several times to enter CWM.

Yes you need an unlocked bootloader to flash a custom kernel thus CWM
But there is some progress in CWM for locked bootloaders here
