daydeal has this but I'm not sure if it works. I know their cases are official T-mobile cases because I saw the cases they had at my local store and I ordered one case from them and it came in official T-mobile packaging and had the retail price on it, also the case I bought retailed for 24.99 and I got it from there for 16.99 so it might work and also it says OEM HTC.
Someone said that didn't fit in their phone. Also the HDMI I bought from them for my Vibrant was incompatible and was recalled... so... :S
The web site said it works with the g2

Disregard that. As soon as this is confirmed working, I'm buying one. That's sweet.

What about old Nokia tv-out cable?
Someone on the T-Mobile forums got it from DayDeal and said it wasn't compatible. DayDeal is WRONG about compatibility ALOT

Daydeal is wrong the cable wont fit its not micro usb its only made for the droid. please don't buy. Search the net for g2 tv out i dont even think the g2 supports it
How can't the latest phone support TV Out >.< Is this a joke or something htc...
No joke. If it supported it I'm sure it would be on the spec sheet just like all the other phones that support TV out. It's not, so it doesn't. I would love to be proven wrong, but I'm not gonna hold my breath.
IMHO i don't really see a need for my phone to connect to a TV...
I would love to have google nav on my cars built in screen, which has video in. Good reason, yes?

That's because you don't own a gorgeous television ;o Or maybe you do.
Even then to each his own. I want to play emulators/games on my tv from the phone. With a Wiimote. What's so terrible about that
I can confirm that the HTC TV out cable does not work with the G2.
Damn... Can someone try to get analog TV-Out from the 3.5mm jack?
Some Nokia phones and some digital cameras are currently using it for TVOut.. I'm pretty sure that it wouldn't work, but if we get device's schematics we can see if it's wired.
If it's wired we can always make a kernel module or build a custom kernel that supports it!

They probably mean the HTC Hero or myTouch 3G. They were incorrectly called G2 sometimes.
I can second that the cable from day deal does not fit the g2. I was looking forward to hook up my phone up to my cars radio. but the cable is def not a micro usb like they say it is. Theirs gotta be a way to use the micro usb as a tv out port. It would be great for emulators, you tube and also netflix and hulu if they ever come out for android.
Sent from my T-Mobile G2 using Tapatalk
MicroUSB can't carry out TVOut signal!
Anyway, as the HTC Vision kernel sources are available (leaked) I can examinate the video driver to see if there's at least an option for TVOut through 3.5mm jack.. but we should open up a G2/DesireZ for seeing if it's wired, 'cause if the TVOut through 3.5mm procedure is written in the drivers but it's not wired in the phone it's still useless.
It has been confirmed this charger does work although it needs to be place on it with the charger port toward the top of the of the pad.(more info starting @post 38 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=36591504 pictures in post 43 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=36639697)

Any news on the Nexus Qi charger shown in promos when the Nexus 4 was announced? And will it be sold in the Google Play Store as an accessory?
I have not heard anything. Unfortunately Google is know for either being very slow to release accessories or never releasing them. I really wish they would release the orb charger, I would definitely buy one. In the mean time this one could fill the gap until its possible release.

I think they will start selling for that much in a few months.
This one seems nice and the price is good too. But I don't read Japanese
PS: The charger does not ship outside Japan. But the same seller has the charger for sale on eBay US. Comes to around $73 with shipping!
It seems like everything but the huge energizer charger is sold out on amazon. Is there anywhere to buy a simple one position charger in the US?

Someone mentioned in the Qi thread in the ATT Galaxy S3 section that he had found a charger for ~$47 at his Wal-Mart. I got the impression it was the LG one, but not sure since that price looks higher than I've seen mentioned for it. However I can't find it on their website.
So... the only source in the US that might be in stock is ATT and Verizon for the Nokia charger. The V also has the Fatboy charge pillow on their site. When I've checked the ATT site, they only showed black--but their store might have more I guess.

The battery on my Nexus 4 no longer holds a charge very well. Neither LG or Google directly sell replacement batteries from what I gather. Does anyone know a reputable source to purchase an OEM replacement battery? I'm considering this seller on ebay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/LG-BL-T5-BL..._Cell_Phone_PDA_Batteries&hash=item2a386ff701
but you just never really know what's legitimate these days. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Also,
Does anyone know where I can find an OEM Nexus 4 USB cable? I know any micro usb would suffice but I happen to like the aesthetic design of that cable.

LG service centers do provide battery replacements for a cost. I got mine replaced a couple of months back for around $22.
i just bought a replacement battery a couple of weeks ago. got it yesterday and it works fine, but be careful with ribbon cable it snaps easily
paid $19 on ebay for it
I got a legit battery from this guy for my brother's nexus 4. After a battery cycle so far no issues. http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-OEM-LG-...ptimus-G-Google-Nexus-4-2100mAh-/141174118723

Battery "life" of a lithium ion is around 500 cycles. If you've charged your phone daily, you've hit that 500 cycle mark. At this point, your battery has probably lost up to 20% of its capacity.

Dude, why would you buy a screen from eBay for 90 euros and don't even know 100% if it's original, when for 80 euros you can buy it directly from LG. I bought one a month ago and it's amazing, plus you have 1 year warranty.

I don't think it's Europe only. On the right side there is a picture that says "Worldwide shipping..." which should mean that they ship spare parts anywhere in the world. If you want to order something maybe try and contact them first if they can ship to your country.

Hello there XDA,
I'm interested in getting a wireless charger for my desk for whenever I'm home. I have only 1 charger which is always next to my bed and when I run out of juice I always pretty much keep it there..
Now I've found the next 2 things on youtube:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...&tag=youtubecomtra-20&linkId=HPPZPBKEBFV2TCJW
and:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...&tag=youtubecomtra-20&linkId=PYWUZM4VYPT6BRKF
Both of these products are made for the i9500, the exynos version. I have the i9505 and was wondering if this would cause any problem using this wireless charger. In my country you almost pay 80/90 euro for a decent wireless charging pad which I'm obviously trying to avoid paying . I also hope the current won't be to much as I don't really want a fried phone
Any advice is welcome.
Good product !! go for it
There are no S4 variant specific specific wireless chargers. If a charger works with the S4 i9000 it will work with every phone that supports the Qi wireless charging standard.
Physically, the i9500, i9505, and the carrier specific models are all the same when it comes to the wireless charging pin-out. Therefore any qi insert for an S4 will work with your model.
Thanks to the both of you

Hi guys I need an help.
I bought a like new p30 pro that it came alone without box and accessories.
I'm looking for a genuine super charger, but I'm a bit confused...
On the official store there is a model with 65W output with cable for 49£ but I have found another one here
https://www.mymemory.co.uk/huawei-super-fast-mains-charger-5a-usb-c-cable-white.html
But I'm not sure if it's the right one.
It saying Huawei HW-050450B00 UK PLUG+ USB-C Cable
Is it the right model for the P30 Pro? Because I have seen other that are having the code HW-100400B00, that should be the 40W one.
Is that correct?
Thx

Lets see, I just got a P30 Pro NE, and on the charger that came with it (UK)
Well I took a picture (Super Macro mode on the phone) and you should be able to see which one to get from that.
Looks like the code HW-100400B00 is the correct one.

I don't know if you contacted the seller prior to buying, but here's what I do for items such as that charger.
Message the seller, asking if "the specific details mentioned in the listing" is the actual item you will receive, and if its a genuine, brand new OEM accessory.
Any comebacks, like you have now, you're covered as far as ebay is concerned.
