Sorry if not clear... In the Rom itself, a custom made rom.. not manual setting of it.. file in Rom that I am making.

You need to decompile and recompile framework-res.apk with your modifications.
\system\framework\framework-res.apk\res\xml\apn.xml

Pulled these APK's from the Rogers RUU.
You need root and need to deodex first!
1. Download
2. unzip fmradio_deodex.zip
3. put the two apk files on your sdcard
4. copy both apk's to your /system/app folder
enjoy fm radio on your AT&T One X!
Thanks. DG... where is CognitionX

This uses the hardware fm radio tuner - not your data connection. It'll only work with something plugged into the line-out though (e.g. headphones) as the wire acts as the antenna.

Thanks. Sounds like both have their uses.
Also, if DG is on the One X (and the bootloader gets unlocked in time), this shall be good.

I am rooted, and tried both ES FileExplorer and Root Explorer and both "Fail to Copy" to the app folder.
I've got both apk's in system/app but they dont show up in apps and do not install. What have i missed? I did deodex with Kenpenns tool

So after editing my build.prop to make it look like a note, so gameloft games work with it, I no longer can set my brightness. I doubt this has to do with the build.prop edit so, what's going on? I think it's stuck at 100%

Didn't you save the old build prop? If so just restore it

Ignoring the standard xda douchery, I'm pretty sure the Kindle app doesn't support it. I'd try a third party app like fbreader, though I'm not sure what the procedure would be for moving your books.
He should have posted this in questions, that's true. But the whole +1 LOL thing makes us all look bad.

I am enjoying the beautious sense 5 theme, but I have been trying to change the lockscreen ring with the one from Steel.apk. However, the image in drawable-xhdpi does not seem to be the one that the lockscreen uses.
For anyone with sense 4 theming experience: Is the lockscreen image in the .m10 file? Or am I just on the wrong track?

Magio v5 is a light build. It has no menu button on homescreen.
noob question. what exactly is the menu button on homescreens. I flashed the MOD and didn't really notice anything different.

When on home screen, you can open a menu there. Press the menu key on your device to open/close menu.
To end all confusion on the menu support, this is all it is.. it's a main feature found in ViperXL, KickDroid, And Magio 4.x Roma... Just sun_dream created it freely for the community.. so others could use this mod longs credits given....

If your rom is odexed, then after replacing the system app, you have to delete the previous app's odex file too.
If your rom is deodexed then simple copy would do.

Use a root file explorer (I use ES file explorer) and navigate to "system>app" and there are all the system apks.
So does this meen that it can be added to a ROM as long as credit is given
