You can't use an S-Pen on the S4. It doesn't have a digitizer to capture its input. You can still get a capacitative stylus for it though.

But you said s-pen, and that's for Samsung devices that use their digitizer screen. So what you should have said was stylus. Look on amazon and read the reviews. Or search for a thread that discusses this.

If you search amazon they have a 5 pack of pen/stylus for $1.52+ free shipping. There not bad, nothing fancy but gets the job done.

You could go with the Samsung C Pen. It has a small tip ~3mm and while it was meant for the S3 it does work with the S4 as well. Warning, it is expensive.
