Tried finding the answer to this, with no luck. Basically, I just rooted and installed cm 10.1 nightlys on my p3113. The problem im having is at after installing and trying to re load my apps, there are a few that are now showing up as "your device is not compatible with this version" in the play store. Any clues how to fix this? Apps that were working fine on stock jelly bean, most notedly the Simple banking app.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just a tought but maybe it is because cm10.1 is running on 4.2.1 & the banking app probably isn't updated for it as most countrys didn't get an official update to 4.2.1 yet ?

Huh, never thought about that. totally possible.
Just curious, but do you I think it could have something to do with the fact that the device is now labeled as a p3110 instead of p3113?

Anyone having problems with the Rom Finder app? It's no longer on the Market and the version I have installed has stopped working. It appears to be the latest (2.4.4) but I'm still asked to update when I try to install a rom. Grrr.

Well, we don't have any roms for the Xoom. That could be issue #1.
No, he means roms like for emulators if I'm not mistaken. Which app are you using exactly? I know there are a few in the market. I use Rom Buddy.

Rom gripper? As I understand it, it was taken down because the dev said there were too many bug complaints and it will be up again when it's working

I have no problem with it.It is compatible with my TF running HD revolution rom
set it up on mine with lastest prime.. sweet.. good find..

Mine is not rooted since there is no root for this build. So it doesn't have any rom installed. So guys is there anyway I can make this one installed. ? Any help

You don't need to be rooted for Cheetah Sync. I'm not sure why it is giving you such a hard time, it is definitely compatible with the transformer. Regardless, it's a free app. So, here's the apk.

Hey just curious if anyone has had any been able to successfully get Google Wallet working with an AOSP rom on Verizon. I am aware that the current method works for Touchwiz based roms, however, the NFC libs are supposedly included in CM.
I can install the .apk fine but mine errors out when attempting to add the pre-paid card. Anyone else have the same issue?

I'm running CM10 and I'm also looking for a work around to get Google wallet working, keeps telling me that it's not supported.

I can install the .apk but when I run it I'm told that It's not currently supported on my device/carrier(VZW) and then the app closes.
Are you using the "hack" version that is stickied here in the General section? I didn't have the unsupported error and that is the app I used.

Same here. At&t Galaxy SII running laterst version of AOKP. Wallet (from the play store) installs, but when i try to open it it says "Not Supported"

I'm new here and yes, I'm a noob.
I recently got myself a Xoom 2 Media Editon (MZ608) as my first tablet. I'm not the kind of person who always needs the latest hard- and software and basicly I'm ok with the installed Android 4.0.4. Unfortunately one of the apps I'd like to use refuses to install on an "old" Android version. And another app, which was already pre-installed, refuses to update for the same reason.
As I said I'm a noob and I never modded a tablet. I searched the web for two hours but now I'm lost. There is so much information and even the guides I found seem to start in the middle. The main problem however is that I found many links and files for Android 3.2.2 and 4.0.4 but nothing helpful for anything more up-to-date.
I really just need anything newer than 4.0.4. It doesn't matter if it's 4.1.x or 4.2.x. Where do I have to go and what do I need to do? Thanks in advance for any help!
I don't believe there is anything more up to date for the media edition Xoom, also no custom recovery is possible so zero custom ROMs.

Thanks for your answer. That's sad news.
Is there at least any way to get an older version of an app from Google Play or to force installation of the new version? And can I get rid of the second app I mentioned? It fails to update and I don't want it anyway.

Actually there is a recovery available for the Xoom 2.

Maybe you could tell us which app it is so we can find another way.
The only thing i really see useful in the latest version for the tf300 is the OpenGL update, and notification update.
Any thoughts?

the tegra 3 doesn't support opengl es 3, not a lot going on with 4.3, tried it on my tf700 and went back to stock 4.2 about 15 minutes later, more waiting for my phone to get cm 10.2

TRIM will be the most useful feature for our device
Well there are a few improvements:
- New way of multi-user accounting (i.e. grant access to apps to users). Those apps can be installed from the owner account. So no need to install common apps multiple times.
- Google has improved graphic perfomance by re-ordening draw commands in a more efficient way
- Improved security. SELinux is implemented. This also a down side because the standard way of root needs to be changed. The CM team is working on that.
For me personally the improved multi-user is a big welcome. This way i do not have to share my Play account that is coupled with my creditcard with the account of my daughter. And i can give her access to only the apps that we think she can use.

I have a working build of CM10.2. There are still things that needs adressing. So i hope that xplodwild has time to look at those things.
Things that need adressing:
- Video playing needs fixing. HD does not work yet
- root is not working as it should. Titanium backup does not restore and just hangs.

You must be on the latest 4.2 bootloader to install this though.
