I was tired of the blue bubble when I send a sms, so I change the original Mms.apk to make in green
The colour now looks like in Sense 4 and looks better !
To install push via adb or replace via a root explorer app (don't forget to change permissions to rw- r-- r--)
Then perform a hot restart and that's done
Only tested on Endymion v3.5 but it should work on any Sense 3.5 rom !

So, I'm loving J's CM7 ROM, but noticed that the email colour picker disappeared from the Email app - so while I'm not colour blind, aubergine, puce, teal and beige just get kinda confusing...
Anyway, for those wanting the ability to pick colours again, here's some help:
Download the attached email.apk
Dump it somewhere on you SD card
Using Root Explorer (or like) and navigate to /system/app/
Mount as R/W
Change the existing email.apk to _email.apk (incase the new one doesn't work, so you can revert back)
Drop the downloaded copy of email.apk into /system/app/
Change permissions to rw-r--r--
Reboot
Enjoy!
And there you have it... Now you can choose puce because YOU want to...

For people who don't like the scrolling page per page in the app drawer,here's the files,just replace the existing files whith the news,set permissions and reboot.
Changed files are based on stock rosie 5*4 app drawer.
The com.htc.framework.jar file disable the pagination so with RootExplorer (for example),copy-it in system/framework.
The rosie.apk file erase the grey line for the page,copy-it in system/app.
Permissions:rw-r--r--
Works perfect whith Android Revolution 3.6.1 (1.73.401.2),so it should work with other roms based on 1.73.401.2 and perhaps 1.45.401.2,same files.
Ps:if you have black screen after changing the permissions to rosie.apk,don't panic,just reboot the phone whith the button and enjoy!

This a modified Stock Cyanogemod Messaging App that I have modded to remove the smiley button n get the enter key when writing a new message.
Instructions:
-Download the apk file
-Using root explorer(or any other file manger with root capabilities) copy the Mms.apk to /system/app & Paste
-Give the permissions :rw-r--r--
-Reboot the phone
This should work for all CM versions of Gfit so far

I've searched and I can't find it so I wonder it any one can help, I've just installed a Sense 4.0 ICS ROM but I really miss the default bokeh live wallpaper that came on the Desire by default, it was on the Sensation originally but it appears to have been dropped for the newest version of Sense. Does anyone know where I can get it for my newly updated Sensation?
I'm also looking for it... There's a bunch of bokeh look alike LWs but I want the original that came with my sensation.
If nobody has it would anyone know how to get it from old gingerbread Rom and port it to ics??

Thanks for the link but I'm a fan of the original... I managed to pull the apk from an ics rom running sense 3.6 the only problem is that on roms with sense 4 the apk doesn't install. Any ideas on how to get it to work?
Use Root Explorer or ES File Manager's root mode and push the apk to /system/app/
Then, change the permissions to match the permissions of all the other apks there, I believe it's RW R R, but just match it to the others. To change permissions in Root Explorer, hold your finger on the file and hit Permissions or whatever. Not sure if ES can do it, but it probably can.
After it's in /system/app and the permissions are edited, reboot and it should show up in the Live Wallpaper list.
Edit: If that doesn't work, look up the APK signer. https://play.google.com/store/apps/...1bGwsMSwyLDEsImtlbGxpbndvb2Quemlwc2lnbmVyMiJd This is ZipSigner 2 and it works perfectly. Sign the APK, then try to install it using a file manager or something, you know, install it like normal. If it still doesn't install after being signed, use the method above and push it to /system/app and change the permissions, then it should run without issues.
