I have root it by downgrade it with this link
[GUIDE] Downgrade G2 (2.3.X) & DZ (2.3.X) & mT4g (2.3.4) & DHD w/ S-ON to Stock Froyo
and visionnary
is it possible to flash a french ROM (desire Z) on this phone or a canadian to have my language?

you should also find a rom with french language included by trying search function of this board, but normally all roms have multiple language support

Anybody that have got the original 32A rom that comes preinstalled with the phone? I want to put it back an I didn't make nandroid backup when I installed a hero rom. The phone is not vodafone and not google branded, it's the official HTC magic made in Taiwan

It is for these regions:
Portugal- ROM version 2.17.401.2;
Nordic- ROM version 2.17.401.2;
Switzerland- ROM version 2.17.401.2;

You might be able to find an official updater for other regions on the HTC website

Well , it seems both you and me have the same issue.
I just got Sensation XE, and it seems is came from UK -> that mean it doesn't support arabic as per HTC Support Center.
I only want a stock ROM that supports Arabic, no Root nothing.
This is the current numbers :
2.3.4
Software Number is 1.73.401.4 with Kernel 2.6.35.13.

i just start apply eddyOS guide on my HTC Sensation XE. i am living in Turkey and my phone current ROM is stock GB build. Software No is 1.73.468.4. And if phone software no include 468, this mean phone is branded. I guess.
I dont want to wait Vodafone for ICS.
My question is 3.32.401.5 OTA ICS build have Turkish language? On ui and on keyboard. I want to use HTC Trace with Turkish.

I have an HTC Incredible S, I wanted to install a RUU supports Arabic, but without realizing I installed gingerbread version, and I had froyo version at first time which is much more beautiful
Now I would either return to the original or an improved version of android and sense
So is this possible with the Arabic language as well?

You can't go back to Froyo. The Radio is changed and if you try to downgrade to it, you will brick device. Don't try it.
