sorry its not themed. i might work on that this week if i have time...ps its from a sprint tab on oldmacnuts gb hack.

not sure if this will apply either, but that came from a non-deodexed rom...are you deodexed?

I am on technomancers cm7 galaxy tab rom. When I replaced the email. Apk in system/app I got a force close. Am I going about this the wrong way? Thanks.

putting it into /system/app is right. i have done it before with my epic, just copying and pasting right on top of the old .apk. my guess would be the deodex thing. i might be wrong though. there might be more to the email from tab.

Let me know if you see a deodexed version or a flashable zip. Thanks.

Change the name to just email.apk and stick it into /system/app its not flashable.

Tis an old post, so I msy have missed the followup....was the black themed email ever posted ?

no it was never posted. if you are interested i could give you some tips on how to theme it yourself. its actually a super easy apk to theme. i think it was either email or browser i learned to theme on.

Need inverted gapps

Using several different 4.2.1 ROMs and was trying to find JusTenBean's inverted GAPPs but link isn't working. Anyone have a link? I tried searching a lot of threads on how to theme but probably don't have the knowledge base or the time (I work 2 jobs). If there is an easy way to do it, let me know and I will try.

Do you know if any inverted GAPPS for 4.2.1 for AOSP will work on one of our AOSP ROMs (Carbon?) or does it need to be manipulated to work with the Samsung?

Everything but the calendar inverted.
Found an inverted caledar.apk and was able to solve the issue.

u should try to search b-boy also. he does some excellent job making inverted apps. :thumbup:

Yes but i cant get the stock one.I only get the sgs3 version which force closes.But the touchwiz pack for nexus7&nexus 4 works but need to use paranoidandroid rom and put to 240dpi(the smallest) and that also only in landscape mode which spoils the fun .I like only potrait mode

Looking for Hacked email

Hello guys i am looking for a hacked aosp email apk with security disabled for a aosp rom
I have tried using the hacked tw email but it is not compatible with aosp.
Help is appreciated very much been looking for an apk for awhile now.

Halo/Chathead

Is there any possibility to get chatheads/or halo like to stock sms app & whatsapp maybe?
I'm willing to learn to do it myself, i think that its a entire framework/systemui but im willing to try =D
any tips or guides?

No, it isn't. It's an entire UI in the Rom. If you're lucky, once halo is out of beta someone will port PA to your device.

Would be awesome but i dont think so thou.. ive just a crazy idea/question.. now everyone knows about facebook messengers chathead system. If i decompiled the app and outbstock sms app and after that mixed some settings, would then stock sms app also get chathead maybe??
