hey i dono if i had repeated tis thread, but i cant find any thing regarding my question. i jus wanted to ask if it is possible to reinstall stock apps that i have deleted, in tis case, i don know which one i deleted. And coz of my carelessness, my fone have bootloops sometimes. can i flash de pda file or ??, to achieve wad i wanted? My phone is running on xxkpq, rooted, deodexed, UC v8 fixed. pls help thks!
Unless you have added other tweaks (or scripts) other than what you have stated, then I suggest flashing a stock ROM and reflash the tweaks
Otherwise, you can just extract the system.rfs from the tar file (rename tar.md5 to tar) then using PowerISO (or MagicISO?), get the system apps you need.
Only, you'd need to deodex again :/

I think you have removed the bloatwares.... Simple answer to your question flash xxkpq again as pda in odin..

Just flash the deodex.zip and u are back with all the apps.
it would be safer just to go about doing things from the start again... if he is saying its accidental deletion apps then there could also be accidental deletion of other files... if you flash from the start you could find out what went wrong and probably end up with a more stable phone... chances are you may be able to re install the apps but you might have an unstable phone

Hi Guys,
I am trying to port CRT effect to Galaxy Y.For those how don't know what CRT effect is can view the video.This is a test version so don't expect it to work on the first time.I need some testers for the CRT effect.
Instructions
the file is flashable Zip
Backup first
Download the file
reboot to recovery
Flash the zip file
clear dalvik Cache
reboot
it will boot but will not have CRT effect you have to upload the logcat for finding the problem
then report here or on my facebook group

I am using the files from Repencis v3 - DXLC1 so try this on that ROM.or you can try it on stock DXLC1 ROM also.
the file is flashable Zip
CRT_Effect.zip
apply this zip through recovery
then clear dalvic cache
then boot into phone and manually copy the services.jar file to /system/framework using root explorer
then reboot to recovery and wipe dalvic cache again
then report and give logcat
Will it work on all stock roms ?

the phone booted right ??
press power button 2 -3 times to lock and unlock the device and post the logcat.more changes have to be made for the CRT to work.

All GB ROMs will have this effect already built in.only thing we have to do is enable it.but in this device it is not even configured or enabled

you are getting bootloop or stuck at boot logo ??
have you cleared the dalvik cache ??
send the logcat

I think that is the reason for boot looping.without logcat i cant do anything.

BTW Bro what is the base firmware of the framework-res and services.jar? Can you use stock of DXLC1? Coz most users are using DXLC1

so i cant post my own opinion now? im just saying, its just little effect. i love your kernel, and u would brick my phone for it. but this. it puts my phone in unusable state where i need to reflash if something goes bad. what do you. get? . i hope you see my point. im not saying yout post is useless. but for me, its not worth the effort. Sorry if i sounded harsh.

You may state your own opinion, there are no rules against that. But please respect the developers work.
You may say it is not worth the risk of bricking ur phone, but for others as myself CRT effect is awesome stuff.. I know its that simple effect when you turn off a cathode ray tube TV or something similar. But it adds some effect that can make ur phone unique in some point..So if you have ur own crititics about this thread.Please save it to urself, and vivek is just asking for testers, you may or may not test it.

I was using link2sd since long and everything was working fine but I dont know something went wrong yesterday now whenever I try create any link to sd it says
Cant create coz system is read only. Can you guys plz help me to overcome this problem

1st don't post thread like this in development section ...2nd regarding your problem I know what u have done wrong ....u tried to integrate update to system which changed ur file system or messed up ur file system ....now d things u have to do if u have taken any backup of ur rom previously then restore it ...ur problem will be solved .....and remember don't ever try to integrate update to system ....Google play got updat now and then ...don't try to integrate this update or any system app update ...best of luck

Hopefully, the Followin post might be simple and silly..
And this is wat i worked and done as a guess and it worked in "very few" of the custom roms of CM9/10 and baked pico V2 even..
The most common problem that the users of our Pico see is that, there's no accessing of mobile data, eventhough they r able to see it to be enabled in the settings & network option..
The reason is as follows..
As soon as u open the network settings,u see the mobile data is enabled..
But, the problem is that, wen u goto the accesspoints section..
There'll not be any access points that are saved before by u or automaticaly by the network provider...!!
So what i did was,"i set up the exact apn settings for the mobile data to be worked for my network provider.."
then.. save the apn after editin the required settings for ur provider..
then, make that apn as default..
select "Mobile data enabled"...
check whether the data "2G/3G/H" appearin on the status bar..
if not, "select airplane mode on"
again "select airplane mode off"..
now, hopefully, ur mobile data would be on..!! :victory:
This is wat i did and it worked fine and well for me..!!

Rules are rules, you are no exception. You should give proper credits/take permissions before using someone else's work.
How can you say that you didn't have time when you can post all this? Going back and editing the post should hardly take five minutes. Also you need to give a list of tweaks included. I appreciate your work, but not the way you are presenting it.

Tapatalk is a paid app. There is similar app called xda-app developers app. Its freely available in play store. Also editing a post on any text editor on phone and then simply copy pasting it via browser is one way.

You have not taken permissions from any of the tweak owners, I can say you should do it as soon as possible, before I report it to mods.
And beware, if I found even a trace of my AIO script, you'll regret it.
