[Q] App that allows sharing webpage directly to Calendar? - Android Apps and Games

If I'm browsing a webpage that I want to stick on my calendar for later review, I have to share it to gmail or manually copy the web address and then go to cal to create a new event. I'd like to share it directly to a calendar entry. Anyone know of an app to do so?

An idea for a project someone may be interested in

I have a mac and a ppc have been hunting around for sync apps, missing sync does a superb job of the contacts, calender and tasks, you can even do mail and avantgo but my big problem is notes, i cant find an app anywhere that allows you to writes notes on a mac and have them synced to the ppc.
I have an idea, does any of you know how to write a site for avantgo, if you could write an api much the same as avantblog but using it's own data source rather than blogger, it would then be possible to create a desktop widget for mac that can write to the datasource, I have tried using the blogger widget to add to the blog from dashboard, then adding my blog page as an rss page within avantgo, it works a treat apart from the lack of password, does anyone have an interest in this, i can make a widget but have no experience of avantgo or a domain for that matter.
Anyone interested? Email me if just to say your going to have a go on your own.

Facebook sync

Has anyone found a way to sync contacts's pictures and birthdays from facebook like we used to do on the htc contacts tab ? The roms i was using on my HD2, had the option to link a contact with its facebook profile, and automatically update pictures and stuff.
Anyone ?
install full screen called ID. it has a sync facebook option. that's how i've done it.
Download the Facebook app and set it to sync contacts. Most of them should be joined automatically to your existing contacts where the names are the same, and you can manually join the rest from the menu when you're editing a contact.
Pro tip: join from the entry you want to take precedence for name display purposes.
Allright both are acceptable solutions.
But what if i install another rom ? Do i have to do that again or i will have the photos as soon as i sync my fb and my gmail ?
uhm guys ? noone ?
login to your FB account from the app u downloaded. Go into the options menu and sync FB contacts.

[Q] Offline email like Outlook

All Android email apps are based on a Web mail and depend on availability of the wireless connection (WiFi or 3/4G).
Is there an app for Android that works like the Outlook on the PC, that allows user having a POP mail account, to keep his Inbox and other folders containing the relevant messages in the Smartphone’s memory, for offline consultation, responses, etc, without need to retrieve them from Google/Yahoo or other Web service provider each time he needs to use them?
When you use the default e-mail app, you should be able to use mail offline. The app has an option the check for e-mail manually. I use it with my microsoft exchange account at work.
Search for a mailprover which support IMAP. Your mail stays at the webserver, but you can view it offline in you mail app.

[Q] Samsung ICS Email Exchange App - Documents Feature

Has anyone played around with the Documents feature of the Samsung ICS Email app with Exchange? If you don't know what I'm talking about and you're using Samsung ICS Email for Exchange email, open the app and hit your options/menu button when you're viewing your inbox. One of the menu choices is Documents to where it prompts to enter a SharePoint server or file share server location.
It works for a file share server location for browsing the network in the format of \\servername\folder\subfolder but I get access denied when putting in a SharePoint library URL. I really like a lot of the additional features in this version and this Documents option would be fantastic if I could get it to work with SharePoint servers as it indicates.
Bump. No SharePoint folks out there?

Sync Calendar

It is possible to sync a calendar, that do not support have a ics format or something like that on the URL, it's looks like a database that they uploaded to the site.
Is there some program that you can use to manipulate the URL so you can sync it with your phone ?
It's a Oneplus One
Thanks.
