As the name says, my WIFI stops working after i tried to get it to work for the 2nd day. I first tried it, then after it didn't work, i just resetted. I came home- it works fine. Then after i tried to use it at school again, it doesn't work anymore AGAIN- even at home it doesnt work! HELP!!
It just says there is no signal from the networks!
I have HTC touch pro2 model T7380 windows phone 6.5 I bought it last december ..The First problem is when i use Facebook app is all ok but when i try to installed a new updated facebook app now is not connect ..its always say no connect .and the other problem is some application dont work need a connection but i have a strong wifi connection in my house example the instant messenger, MARKETplace NFL mobile LIVE, sprint TV and OTHERs dont connect :crying:..the only application that connect is youtube, opera, IE and the weather is ok .. I TRY TO FACTORY RESET IT BUT STILL cant connect it always say youre not connected in Internet ..can u please help me with this problem thanks in advance :good: sorry for english

i have samsung note 2. i faced an issue in the phone so i had to do factory reset.
the phone is working fine now, but youtube app isn't working (it doesn't load the main screen or the lists, basically nothing appears)on the mobile data (3G) while it is working just fine on WiFi.
all other apps are working fine too on mobile data.
please help..

Hi guys, I've got Euphoria OS 1.1 running on my N5 for a few months and everything worked very well until yesterday. Everything started yesterday. The problem is that when i try to use my mobile data to connect for Instagram, Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp it doesn't work at all, but if I try to use chrome or any other app, it works flawlessly. When I'm connected on Wi-Fi everything works as it should work. I can't understand why the connection is not working for those apps, since it is working for the other ones seamlessly. Any ideas?

On other devices in house wifi is fine, but in my case there`s a problem. Maybe problem is new update for nougat, i dont know, maybe something else. At first i tried with deleting cache memory and deleting some apps, but that didnt work. Then i checked other devices in my house and they arent lagging.
I hope u will help me, because i bought this phone a month ago and im losing my faith in him.
Problably a simple software issue, like a wrong dns, delete(forget) the wifi from your phone and reconect to it without any manual settings.

I had slow WiFi too, in my case somehow it's caused by the Bluetooth. Whenever it's on, my WiFi slows down from 30 mbps to 1
Have encountered the same problem and only thing I tested, is disabling the Bluetooth or going to Direct Wifi changing the Name and trying a Speedtest then .. All is OK But if you enable/disable Bluetooth again it stops working correctly.
It doesn't work anymore since B402.. And no solving solution found in this last update from Huawei.
Same problem here! since B402 update my wifi gets stuck at 0.5 Mbps if i have bluetooth turned ON. As soon as i turn bluetooth OFF my wifi works great!
Just updated manually with formware finder to version C432B404 and problem fixed!! Attention, it will update 2 version of the firmware: first a B404 normal, and then i get a new B404 (programmer) . Just updated both ad now everything works fine regarding internet speed with bluetooth on.
Had the same problem and it was the google home app for me. Uninstalled it and problem went away. Hope this helps for someone.
