Not surprised really. Asus do things a little differently to stock android.
Working on Cromi 4.3 only with launcher 4.2

Very nice...come do share this Xtheme please, what is it?
Its like the t-mobile theme engine, but requires tye themes to be ported to work with it. Just look up x themes. You have to have xposed framework installed start with. Read from the link above

Yes but only with Android and Android/Linux(ubuntu and Arch ubuntu/Linux).

Welcome to the forum friend!
The first rule is: Search before you post
The second rule is: Provide details. "Does not work" does not tell us anything. What have you tried? What firmware version are you on?
My guess is 10.6.1.14.10. A quick search on Google would have told you that Motochopper does not work on the latest firmware anymore.

And do another search here and on the Transformer Forum. There are multiple threads dealing with this issue.
