Zenonia - RPG games

Hello,
I have a lil problem. I tried to install Zenonia on my HD2 and it didn't work...
I tried to install it on many roms but each time, zenonia didn't boot...
I tried everthing (soft reset after install, install on sd or device, install net framework 3.5 messages...)
2 days ago, i flashed Pandora 1.4 and the game worked..But after i flashed Pandora 1.5, the game didn't work anymore...
So, if this game works sometimes on some roms, there is probably something to do...
Any idea ???

All in all I am a bit piss$d off about this.
I bought Zennonia for my touch pro2 on Windows market place.
Great game bashed it for ages.
Then got my HD2. Logged into windows market place. Game doesnt show.
WTF I couldnt download it to my new phone.
Log in on Touch pro 2 and voila it shows.
I am screwing.
So I had to get an older hacked version which plays fine (1.4). But I was forced to scour dodgy net scenes to get a freeby. I am not happy at all. So I uninstalled it and now wont play it.
I am going to complain as the market place says up to 5 devices. I had actually removed the game from my Touch pr 2 as well.
This is a good reason why I wont be using windows Market place again.
If anyone can offer advise as to why it doesnt appear I would be gratefull.

Have you tried microsoft customer service and support? I'm sure they would be able to help you.

You can get Zenonia from Handango, thats what I did. It now also shows in my Marketplace, but its more expensive than via Handango anyways.
It works for me, but I installed it twice and then restarted the phone before it would run.

Nobody can help me ???

Do you get multi touch on this?
Is it V1.5?
Or still 1.4?

I have realized that I can run the game only straight after softreset. If I run any other app and then try to run Zenonia the game will not launch.
So my advise is do a softreset and after that try to run the game.
BTW, before doing softreset, delete the file that the game produce from root directory of your device(DxState.sav).

on my hd2 in marketplace Zenonia is available but version 1.3 which obviously is older...maybe that is the problem...newer version must have issues with hd2 that is why they let us have the older one.

I downloaded this a while ago, great game. But I couldn't close it. Had to reset device to close it. Become rather annoying so uninstalled it.

I've played that game on my HD2 too and if i remeber correctly, it could be easily minimalised by pressing the home button (or windows button) and then closed in taskmanager.. Keep it simple, man

you can close it with the taskmanager.
Then you can't start it again. Only after a softreset.

Yeah that was it. Been a while since I've bothered with it. Either way, bit of a mess about for a game that cost me 6 quid or so.

It work again ! I found solution after some debate with people !!!!
With some taskbar, the game doesn't work...
I tried on Pandora 1.5 with DJCEDRIC taskbar and it works again !!!
On my last rom (pandora 1.4), i installed this taskbar and that's why it worked !!!

After installing this Installer ceci : NETCFv35.wm.armv4i.cab
My Zenonia is now working !
HD2 user

On energyrom, just disable arkswitch before launching the game and it works.

EA NFS Shift, Sims3 and Monopoly. OPENGL Full3d

I have tested Shift and monopoly. Both works but with some strange problems.
Shift hungs sometimes (i think it is due to the lack of memory), and monopoly is unplayable after few moments because it slows down to 5 FPS! When game is just started everything is smooth.
Please test games and post your opinions!

Looks like it`s for HD2 tho.
Maybe you are using ChainFire driver?
Maybe you can adjust the driver setting for monoploy might work.

Yes I am using Chainfire drivers. I have just installed Sims3 and its playable and quite smooth.

Just tried monopolly and its running fine for me, played for a full 40 mins (yeah its addictive this one) with no probs. Id recommend if you have sense or any apps that consume lots of ram make sure you close or disable before running the game.
Edit: I've since tried need for speed shift and that also works fine for me, my only issue is i cant get the g-sensor to work in these ea games so i cant shake the dice in monopoly and i have no steering in nfs ! Im using the arnookie accelerometer cab, works with resco bubbles but not these :-(. Did anyone manage to get the accelerometer working in these games ?

Hmm thats odd im using the same g sensor and its the latest one too ... ill have to do a hard reset to see if that gets it working.

Arnookie doesnt work !for me !

Perhaps it's beacuse you have RESCO PHOTOMANAGER. If yes try this:
cut the file "SmiSensorServer_1.dll" on WINDOWS and paste it on Program files/resco photomanager
Try again. It works for me (just tested on NFS)

No resco photomanager here, just resco explorer ... do you mind if i ask which version of the arnookie sensor are you using ? I have the latest cab version.

Its amazing that you guys can run NFS, mine can not even play the game, it always hangs after the race starts. Does any1 have any ideas?

everything works on mine, using my own rom, (no extra drivers) but the only problem is that after exiting the games, the screen is stuck in landscape mode... is there a solution to this?

urmmm, mine did that, but turning the phone into the opposite landscape mode, and then into portrait mode seems to work for novembre's rom (so long as you have the G-Sensor enabled for auto orientation obvs) hope this helps =)

All this games works like a charm...
G-sensor works like a charm
If you want test your HTCsensorSDk... try to run G-PAD (available on XDA)
And try to test if Rotation works...
i have inserted in Post over Mobilism all instructions to work on TG01...

G-sensor have quite big lag in this game...

couldnt get monopoly to download, ill try later and ive never been a sims fan but shift ive got and i have had some issues with it freezes but i think its a memory issue. Usually a soft reset and reinstallation of the cab does the trick.
Not to sure which g-sensor im using but i have novembres ROM and it all works fine - excellent even on the steering.

But on this post, they just say this game don't exist on HD2, even if we already know it.
I don't want to change to android or to install it, i just ask if a game like this one exist for HD2.
And if there is no game like this for the moment, a game maker can think to do a game like this.
Angry Birds is a funny game for iPhone OS and Android, and i want to know if someone can help me to find it for HTC HD2 on the internet, with our friend google.
Because for the moment, i found nothing on the internet.

ur making a stupid mistake not installing android in the first place , serves u rite

There is no angry birds for Windows Mobile , no one can create angry birds for WM either, the game is owned by the company that made it and they have no plan to make a WM version.

Only way to play Angry Bird now on HD2 is by running Android on it. I don't think this game will ever come to WM 6.5

feel good to tell you that if this game for htc hd2 but it must be to android as I have it and it works wonderfully

I highly doubt they ever even contemplated making angry birds for winmo...

So we know Angry Game is a game for Iphone Os or Android and that all.
But perhaps a game like this exist for HD2, if someone know it, share it because for the moment i found nothing.

There is a way to make it work... in settings...
=> Unmount SD card
=> Install the game
=> Mount SD card again

Did just that and it dis install. Mounted and still get FCs. Restarted and still the same.

No screenshots? I don't what it is.

NFS Shift
Go to htc hd2 apps and find the iphone version of Need for Speed shift-its about 96mb-it has probably the best graphics you can get and uses the accelerometre perfectly.

I installed need for speed shift but i cant steer the car. any advice. I reset my gsensor, raised the steering sensitivity and I even tried another game that utilized the tilt and it worked fine but need for speed still doesnt steer.

You need to go to windows directory and delete a file name something like smisensor_server1.dll do it using resco explorer .Dont forget to backup the file by copying it to some other directory (just in case u need it again).

I am not resposible for any damge u done to ur device so plz becarefull and do it at ur own risk.

do you have resco photo manager installed?, if so, delete it and try the game again......

They make Asphalt 5 for WinMo as well.

Gameloft only mention the iPhone/iPod version on their website. Where can the WinMo version be obtained???

right now on my phone I have:
1. asphalt 4
2. ferrari gt evolution
3. need for speed undercover
4. need for speed shift
5. xtract
all games use the accelerometer

Gameloft makes a bunch of good games that use the accelerometer. Need for Speed is decent.

what you'll find is crap . Winmo 6.5 is so limited system so what ever you search on google can not compete Android games even which is been emulated on winmo cellphone .

Try and check your purchase history in zune and try to re-install it that way. Maybe something went wrong when downloading the game off the marketplace. Also, try rebooting your phone.
