Xperia™ Unread works only with the Xperia™ Home launcher (including modified versions of the launcher).
Xperia™ Unread shows unread counts for: SMS, Missed calls, Gmail, K-9 Mail in the Xperia™ Home launcher.
Unread counts will show as a numeric badge on the respective app icon.
* All SMS and Phone apps are supported and you can select which apps in these categories to show unread counts.
* If you are using GO SMS Pro, goto Settings -> Advanced -> Receive Settings and untick "Disable other message notification". This is required for the unread SMS count to work correctly.
* Any apps which are not mentioned are not supported at this time.

1.Make sure your device has been rooted, and installed cwm recovery
2.Download htcPICO_fusion_xperia MiniCM10 rom and put your sdcard
3.Goto cwm recovery and wipe everything
4.In cwm recovery and choice install zip from sdcard
5.flash ROM
6.reboot
AFTER boot give 5min to settle after then reboot then use your new xperia UI
now go to recovery flash gapp then reboot done

Great but what about battery ?
I am using Xperia AKOP (by you ofcourse ) and the one n only thing I hate in that is the battery drain... So my question for this rom is, Is the battery any better ? It looks so good but I can't charge my cell every 6 hours or so

So i tested this rom last nite and today i am gonna post reviews with screenshots...cheers !
working:
1) Boots
2) Camera Works
3) Project Butter ( you can notice the general jelly bean smoothness...apps load faster , pressing home key shows the recent apps without any lags , Xperia launcher is smooth )
4) Xperia Widgets (almost all )
5) Xloud Engine and MusicFX rocks
6) Timescape ( to some extent )
7) Xperia Keyboard
Bugs:
1) Gapps is not provided with the rom (Please try to add a trimmed version )
2) Video Decoding ( not able to play videos even using 3rd party apps like Moboplayer )
3) Headset is not detected
4) Apps such as Wired , wireless tether give FCs
5) Pinching Zoom on Xperia Launcher doesn't work (blank screen is displayed )

please bulletproof use this rom for moding add those amazing beats and acid audio and other stuff this rom is alot more smother and jb too (no offence to any dev of other rom) thankxxx !!!!!

Hints and tips for better user experience!!!
Always full wipe and format your sd card twice in recovery.
At first boot always let the rom to settle down for 3-5 minutes.
For changing wallpaper in lockscreen go in App drawer , open Lock Screen Settings and from here you can change lockscreen wallpaper.
For XPERIA icons go to -->menu-->Launcher Settings--> swipe left till "Apearance", touch "Icon Pack" and choose "Built in Xperia T"

Keyboard is not here, or it's not working.
noouuuuuu.. I just finished setting up Satellite 8.1 and you give us a new rom?! back to flashing I guess..
If you try to use keyboard, do you get fc message? If not, it's doing nothing at all, or not in it.
@op maybe because Desire is HDPI and Xperia Z is something else? (XHDPI i think)

Please follow steps carefully :
this is initial build.... i only added files which i have changed...
you have to flash this over any jb rom (reported not working with stock rom.... use custom roms).... except ported roms (lewa,miui)
i did this because to minimalism bugs.... so there is no need to worry... by seeing size its only 20 mb..
99% it will work on any rom.... Don't ask me if xyz ROM works or not... make backup and check it your self and report it here...
Steps:
* Choose any jb custom rom(not stock jb rom) and flash it
* Wipe data & factory reset
* Wipe cache
* Wipe Dalvik cahche

To increase your performance... head to settings > battery > uncheck reduce cup...
you ll feel the difference.....
To increase speaker vol
settings > engg mod (microfire menu) > goto hardware tab > audio > loudspeaker > set max vol to 135 or 140 if it is low.... you can increase upto 165 but it is not recommended....

Its jb...4.1.1 based on both Lava firmware and stock mmx ...... everything is working... just last one... settings apk is left....

on my Xperia J, statusbar (SystemUI.apk) is fc, then show up again and fc again.
