Hi, I've been using quite alot of ROMs past year, but recently came across ROM which I like: NovAndroid 2.1.5, but notice that it's missing vibration feature after update. Has anyone has similar issue or this ROM supposed to be withou vibration ?
The ROM doesn't control the vibration ,, the kernel is the thing that controls the hardware . Check your kernel . But maybe the ROM (I didn't try this ROM) .

which one you're using now? is battery life ok?
i am on CM 10 but i will change it because i have ghost calls and WI-FI hot spot is not working and of course there is no 3d. My phone worked best with thiaz and dna 3.3.3.also batery was best on tziaz.on CM10 i unplug it about 7am and i must plug it again about 8 pm.i am using phone for calls,checking e-mails...(normal usage without playing games or similar)

Hi, i am using ICS CM9 beta 3 ROM in galaxy Mini,my phone battery status like brick,i use long time but the battery status still % , but after me reboot my phone, the battery left 50%.Can Any Pro Help??? :'(
I'm no pro but it sounds like a rom bug, did you reflash the rom? Since its still beta that might be why.

try to reflash again the rom , or maybe the rom is not stable release
Then try installing beta 4

It seens you are on old baseband, if so, you can:
-Update your old baseband to the new one
-Use old badeband fix provided by adfad666 or aspee
Why?
Because all gingerbread and above android versions for our phone use the nem baseband(except mik's cm7 unnoficial port and its derivates)

Cyanmobile is a new ROM and is under development. In software terms its very much in beta or nigthly stages. Not very stable. So it will take time and lot of effort to bring it to the stable stage. Flashing a different kernel wont help much. Be patient. It will get there.
I had the same problem actually. I flashed dj's kernel then I rebooted it a few times and now it's faster than stock cm7. I flashed 2.5.6 not 2.5.7 though so I don't know if that would change anything.
After i flashed Mazouts_CM10.1Build2, everything works except mobile (Videotron)
When i dial a phone number, Contact reset itself !
What should i do ?

Uh, install a different ROM or use Wi-Fi calling? There is no radio/mobile calling on that ROM

Plain old vanilla cm7. You can get it from get.cm. the latest nightly for our device is extremely stable. I personally prefer some of the ics roms that you can find around the dev section. Eagles blood, paranoid Android and hellfire sandwich are all ics roms that I have enjoyed using. Currently on Hellfire sandwich and am liking it however I will say I think eagles blood 4.0.4 aosp is the most stable of all the ics roms I have ran. Only thing that doesn't work that is relevant for me is the video mode for the camera and video playback is really crappy.

Whenever using mobile data the device gets warm. Is it normal?
The issue was not there on stock rom facing this recently. Also battery backup is also reduced... Any suggestion will be helpful... Thanks

Try another kernel, I know others may not have experiances issues but when I had my SGS2 I installed the Siyah kernel which almost cooked my device, some hardware just doesn't like certain aspects of kernels.
Also check no OC settings are changed, I know it's not the same as data but the CPU is requires for webpage load so it could be related
OK will try another one.. Let's see if it solves the problem.. Thanks
