Hi guys. I just installed the newest CM10 4.2.1 update.(stable build)
But it has too many bugs....
so i want to go back to stock
but i can't open google play to download rom manager and the system won't allow me to install from other sources....
Also, when i try go into recovery. clockmod can not find the stock zip even though it is in the folder and i know it is in there....
please help.

Is Google play not installed or does it not want to launch?
Did you flashed the google apps after flashing the new Rom?

Did you a Nandroid backup?
It would be better if you restore from a backup...

On any ROM thread, you'll see download link for both ROM and GAPPS, download 'em both, flash ROM first, then after successfully flashing, flash gapps, just like you flash ROM.

Yes there is. However, the available recoveries are not up to flashing it.

Yes. And you migh try the "Preview ROM" on the other thread. Reported as booting, but nothing works. Try trimming it.
yes, there are 2 4.4 flashable rom in mediafire folder below, in my link

if the ROM is android 4.2 then flash 4.2xx
if it's 4.1 then flash 4.1xx and are you sure you got the right one. Plus we can't discuss that kernel here. The name is Xtreme rejoice kernel

Maybe if you read the post ._.
Paste it into your Dalvik zip and flash it.

Nope, I tried it and looked inside the zip and I didn't find any apk file. I think this is because CM 12 it's a nightly update to flash over CM 11 stable. Correct me if I'm wrong please

you are WAY wrong.
CM12 nightlies are just like CM11 nightlies. they include the full system ROM. you can extract the system apps from the zip.

It's not so simple anymore now that they're using the new method where everything is stashed inside the system.new.dat file.
Here is a link to cm12 folder on my Google Drive . Not all apps are included but better that than nothing. You can download single apps or all apps together in cm12 apps zip.
They're from 12.01. 2015 nightly.

Yeah, I know. I can upload different version of messaging app, it works good, at least on aosp. I'm not on stock so I can't check.
