[Q] Is my device bricked? Sidekick 4g - T-Mobile Sidekick 4G

I am using samsung sidekick 4g . had the glorious overdose v3.3( lean performance) rom installed and i wanted to use the v3.2(bulky essentials) . I placed the zip file to root of the sd card and tried booting into recovery. I got the red (bali) recovery and i tried to wipe user data and rebooted the device . It would stay on the boot screen and wouldn't go further . I got the phone in download mode and tried odin for kd1 and one click for kg2 (as i was not sure of what to do). Both of them didn't seem to solve the issue. A couple of tries later , I could not even get the download mode working . Now when i power on the phone normally, it shows a logo like a triangle with an exclamation between a phone and a pc. . The image is like shown below. Please help me . Thanks.

Samsung Galaxy S II Total OS Fail

Hello, I will try to explain how I got myself into my current situation which is kinda helpless and it ends up with the SGS II Logo on screen.
I rooted my phone - no problem
Flashed an Insecure Kernel - no problem
Flashed - CWM - no problem
Then I tryed to put the Ressurecion ICS mode.
Started CWM mode, wiped all data but for some reason soon afterwards my phone
turned off. When I started it again it always ended up at samsung logo screen :/
I can put it in download mode. I tryed to flash roms, with or without pit files.
When I do so I get this screen like terminal with many signs like "failed to load booth catche" etc, unable to mount, etc. Then I get the option to either reboot,to wipe data catche or factory reset. No matter what I choose I always end up at logo screen. Please,I beg of you help me !!

Try via ODIN install S5670XXKPI. It has 4 files. After, via ODIN install the firmware that you want.
Download here:

remove the sim & sd while flashing a stock via odin

[Q] MyTouch 4G Slide accidentally removed CWM

I searched everywhere on this forum and found somewhat similar problems but none as d\ifficult as mine. I have a Tmobile htc mytouch 4g slide and I attempted to root it tonight when I got kinda stuck. I was using MyTouch_4G_Slide_All-In-One_Kit_V1.0 by Hasoon 2000. I got CWM v 5.2.0.7 installed and attempted to install cyanogenmod from my sd card while in recovery mode. It installed successfully but when i restarted it got stuck on the boot up screen (I guess its also called the splashscreen). In order to get back to recovery mode i had to pull the battery. I tried formatting from the CWM menu in recovery and then re installed cyanogen but the same thing happened again. Then one of my family members came in and clicked on the install stock recovery button to see if that would help. So now I have stock recovery installed but also installed the not working cyanopgenmod. Now I cant get my computer to recognize my device to re install CWM. This is my first time rooting a device and I have no experience with development so please be patient with me. My computer recognizes it when i first enter recovery mode but then it says it was unplugged and my phone shows a picture of a phone with a red triangle and exclamation point. I am worried there is nothing i can do since doing a factory reset just results in a frozen splashscreen and my computer wont recognize it and i cant get in to recovery mode to install a different rom. Any help would be much appreciated

[Completed] [Q] i9100g recovery mode missing and download mode has an android with a 0 in it.

Hi
i recently bricked my phone while updating from stock to phils cwm recovery and my cable unplugged. After that my phone went just dead. I read on the internet and used a OMAP flash and after that i could access my download mode, but it has a yellow exclamation mark triangle and has the android mascot with a 0 in it. I dont know what that means.
Now i some how managed to put a stock rom in it (Gingerbread). But it never switches on. I keep getting a blank screen, not even the samsung bot load symbol comes up. But when ever i use a pit file to just repartition the device my phone starts up and the gingerbread os switches on. But it keeps flashing that every process of google is being forced close, so i cant even move ahead. its just stuck there, and error keeps coming up with force close pop up.
If i try to restart the device it gets the blank screen again. it works again if i repartition it.
i even tried nand flash, but it gets stuck in odin after the message Erase.....
i tried adding a new recovery to no avail. Neither does a new Android OS gets pushed in, gets stuck at NAND write start.
The phone doesnt let me access recovery also. It gets the same blank screen when i try.
help please

Hmm ... after flashing a custom (PhilZ-cwm) recovery, the yellow triangle shows that you are no longer on official/stock firmware.
You can reset it with TriangleAway app from Chainfire.
If download mode still works, you can try to flash another (custom) kernel with a custom recovery. But it has to be a kernel which is compatible with your current ROM.
For further questions, please post in the Galaxy SII GT-I9100 G Q&A thread.
If you have issues with your download mode, check the [GUIDE] Fix an unflashable or soft bricked I9100G thread.
Thread closed ... thank you !

Phone NOT booting \ going to dl mode , only stuck at recovery splash screen

hello .
I recently tried formatting the system partition - using exFAT - and it was stuck in "updating partition details" . (the reason i tried doing it is because of the encryption which i haven't been able to remove .)
I fell asleep waiting for it to finish and the next day my phone died (battery done .)
i tried entering twrp again - but it's stuck on splashscreen until battery dies again \ not connected to usb cable .
i tried entering download mode - but it sends me back to twrp's splashscreen .
i can't boot to system at all and \ or charge my phone (because there is no system . *wiped .)
i'm assuming the phone is soft-bricked . can someone please help me ?
UPDATE : Odin recognizes my phone while stuck on splash screen . trying to flash now official firmware
UPDATE EDIT : i was stupid . it recognizes the device but does not let me flash anything (not in dl mode.)
need help urgently
FINAL EDIT : I MANAGED TO ENTER DL MODE . flashed stock with odin , rooted , twrped , installed a new ROM , and done .
can close the topic now .

What key combo are you using to get into download mode.
Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
I had this problem before as well. If I remember correctly I had to hold all the buttons at once, then when it reset(It never stayed off it always restarted) I immediately hit Vol Down + Home + Power for download mode. But it took about 10 tries of restarting before it finally let me into download mode.
I will try to find the article for you.
