I've been reading recently that the official jelly bean update for the Galaxy SII is finally rolling out. However, everywhere I read is mentioning the international version. I have the AT&T Skyrocket model and was wondering if the officially Jelly Bean update has been released? If not, is there any word on when it might?

thats for the s2 i9100 phone, not the s2 i727 skyrocket, no they are not the same phone

On the other hand, the final ics leak and mohan's 2nd jb were so kink free they made excellent dd for stock users.

I know the SGH-i727R, which is Rogers in Canada, is now supposed to be getting it late February vs late December as previously promised. I'm sure since it's the same phone if we're getting it, maybe, sometime, possibly, then you folks at AT&T will as well......

For anyone interested, Zynga provided an update today to the Free version specifically to fix the US Galaxy S3 on Jelly Bean. The paid version hasn't been updated yet. I can confirm it works on the Verizon model. Now I just need another excuse for not playing.

I had been playing the game on mine with stock since August but it broke when I updated to the Verizon J1 4.1.1 leak. Sprint users had been complaining about the same problem with their JB official update but the game worked prior to JB.
Just read reports of official Jelly Bean update for at&T galaxy s3. I guess Verizon will be last again, but I expected that. Just another slap in the face from Verizon.
Thank god for xda and all the awesome devs that keep us on the latest android.

Yea each carrier GSIII got JB 4.1.1. Which means 4.1.2 or even 4.2 is a long way off if it even comes.

I updated to 4.1.1 last night on my i747 all the way in Jamaica.
Don't be upset guys. Verizon is just bloating it up for us first then they'll get it out to us.

I've actually attempted to get an answer from AT&T several times (all of which occurred before I began rooting my phone and installing new ROMs) and they kinda suck monkey a$$ when it comes to giving info on what we (the client) ask. It took me about a 45 min call or a 12 page chat to get their supervisors to finally admit that they don't have one because each one always tried to "get more information for me"

The leaked ROM is really nice. I get at least almost as good batter life as I did on CM10 nightlies. The OS itself is stable. I did notice that the memo app FCs. But that's the only app I have had an issue with and, well, that's not that important an app.
I do miss a few feature from CM10, though. I like having profile access from the power menu, etc.

I just updated mine to 4.0.4, kernal 3.0.8, IMM76d.UCLF6 using Samsung Kies. I called AT&T just once and never did again. Even though they did point me to the Samsung Kies. I know not to call them about anything and to look at place like here for info. I don't know what verison this is (IMM76d). But I would start with Kies to get what is out offically and then go from their.

In my opinion i say that our jb update doesnt even close, as we havent got any leaks yet. I think 22-03 will be galaxy ace 2 jb update.. not tab plus.. but lets just keep waiting for samsung..

Check the latest firmware, it's an ICS http://samsung-updates.com/device/?id=GT-P6210. This one is for Chile. Previously the old Galaxy Note got a JB firmware, so probably..... the good GT-6210 will get JB within let's say..... another two weeks?!
