Must used the NS4G modem i use the LF2, you can use which ever you want..

Found bug when powered off doesn't charge or does not seem like it does the led does not come on and the animation does not show any help with this.

does this have amazing battery life like the effsi roms i ran back in august?
his roms were the only reason I held belief that jellybean might actually become usefully loaded onto our device.

Between his and normal cm10.1 I didn't see much difference with battery life jellybean is a battery hog to begin with and what ever your running I was using it for two days before I posted and I had to charge it up around 6to7 hours after unplug but I use mine for GPS and slacker radio

I want to try this but I've had a bad experience with the ns4g modem... is it possible, once you're done working the kinks out, that you can start on a non-ns4g version?

Every time I tried with fc09 phone fc but most kinks will not effect the stability of the ROM so far I don't see any real issues you should try it out

Its more than likely a kernel issue. Will try and fix that with the patch I'm going to put together. Will also add the missing media files for battery charging animation to make things easier.

ok so I've been playing with this a bit... as you said LED doesn't go turn blue when fully charged other than that led works lovely. HW kb/HW kb rotation issue. storage settings fc as you already listed, back to kill seems busted for me, haptic feedback is alright, latest nitest/nitestxfc running fine on it. Not a big fan of the baked settings as I don't notice any performance section but I'll keep poking around. other than the 3 minor issues above this is running nicely. the build.prop is also missing the bakedrom version number so it's not showing up in the about section on the phone.
also, you shouldnt need another patch for this rom, as you already seem to have included the proper settings.apk and phone.apk (the ones that came from the baked7 rom itself). just using the direct kernel from didihiy should be enough as it doesn't over write any of the apks so the settings and such should be intact. the aio packs include apks that correspond to the nexus s 4g release and replaces the epic apks with the ones from that side. as you already have those, just didihiys standalone kernel should be enough. please correct anything I am miss speaking about, as I just woke up and may not be speaking or thinking clearly.

You can overclock if you want with SetCPU..glad you liking it..
Nice rom so far,lightning fast ..but the ics keyboard is force closing ...add to switch to samsung keypad. A link to a stock android keyboard would be very nice

You should only have to do it once, unless you reboot.Then you would have to toggle speaker phone on then off again.

rom runs really smooth led indicator has some problems everything else is working fine 3g works dont have 4g so cant test wifi works boots fine sound works no haptic feedback think thats a problem with cm7 it self though but overall really smooth gret work man

So can I think of this ROM as a themed CM7? Its based off CM7 so it runs just like it right?
But other than the theme looking like MIUI can you tell us what are some of the tweaks or mods that make it different then just a "themed CM7"?
I like CM7 and I want to try MIUI but no 4G keeps me away so since this seems to have everything working I may flash it tomorrow or Monday depending what day I have work cuz I be bored at work lol.

It has some unique features of miui like blacklisting flip to tun speaker on have 4 themes included not sure if there is a way to add more looking into that .. but me personally i love it its more of a very simple stable ui with some tweaks btw my next port will be lezo. Os then will start my own roms sometime next month from souce

I actually like it a lot...very stable...The only reason why this isn't my daily is because of the video stutturing. (Which I know is from CM7) But looks good...Thanks again for another port. Will all of your ports be based off of CM7? Currently I'm using Thunderhawk which is fine...but I'm getting bored...lol

the only problems i found so far is when switching to certain themes the menu button force closes like on the gingerblur one and another it will force close and sms and mms force close but a reboot fixes that

Any other bugs are most likely from MIUI v4 itself (like how you have to occasionally press the power button a couple times to get the screen to come back on in a call)
Other Information:
- It has been known that with the new v3 kernel, that if you experience horrible batteryu life that when you calibrate your battery it goes away. You can calibrate your battery with the MIUI Toolbox app
- Wifi calling has terrible battery drainage on this rom. The wifi calling app took up about 60% in battery stats (so I removed it)
- Confused? View the Beginners guide
- This seems to be an issue in all other CM9 roms with the v3 kernel. Occasional sleep insomnia, just use trackpad wake
- Miui v4 is still in its beta stages so be careful using some of themes in the themes app as they might not be made for Miui v4
- To use the included v6 Supercharger, type the following in terminal:

I am on the SGNote2 now, but I obviously still like my og evo. No disrespect to op, but what a mess of a rom. Way to much Chinese throughout, just couldn't get around much. Will keep an eye on this cause its the only other basic cm10 out here right now unless you want to flash something from October. Anywho, thanks for posting

I finally got my CM10 port from the Shift booting, check here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2057804 It's all in English lol. I'm making a proper thread later.

No working ffc on cm10 but I would recommend JellyBelly if you want the cm10 experience... If it's not working well, shouldn't "stable" be taken out of the title? "Stable" means almost no bugs.
Here is some more work i have been doing.
Provision 4 NS4G Port 4.1.2 JellyBean
If you are not currently running the ns4g modem, you can get one of the modem flashables here http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1077168
Or flash the latest cm10 AIO ns4g patch located in the ns4g AIO modem patch thread located in our development forum before flashing the ROM. May need to reboot to recovery and flash a second time to get modem to stick. Then flash as normal. ROM, gapps, inverted gapps.

How to install:
MAKE BACK UP OF YOUR CURRENT ROM
HAVE YOUR FAVORITE NS4G MODEM
I USE LF2 BUT IT IS UP TO YOU WHAT YOU USE
ODIN OR RECOVERY FLASH MODEM
DOWNLOAD ROM IN THE BACKGROUND WHILE YOU WAIT
HAVE GAPPS YOUR CHOICE INVERT OR STOCK
FLASH ROM
FLASH GAPPS
ENJOY
NAV BAR IS BUILT IN TO ROM IF YOU WANT TO REMOVE IT THIS IS HOW TO DO IT.
Very easy to do.
•Edit system/build.prop to change qemu.hw.mainkeys=0 to qemu.hw.mainkeys=1
it is the very last line in prop
This Rom does not eat up a ton of memory and i love the layout.

I'm figuring out this porting thing next beast will be
MIUI V4.1. I'm a little afraid to start that one right now, seeing no one else has gone there yet due to framework and apktools don't work with 4.2.1 from what I was told that is why on Baked there is no fix yet for the hw keybord and soft keyboard orientation

I like blackbean also maybe some more test on my days off. Take a shot key board orientation with the apk tools. effsi tried but no luck

open system build prop go to last line change value to 1 save and reboot will disable nav bar

I love this rom, I am just trying to find a way to get my voicemail. I installed google voice, but can't seem to figure out how to configure it to listen to my voicemail .

Open phone go to settings the three squares scroll down and click on voicemail and pick Google voice

Modem Link Broken
I am running the fc09 and I assume that does not work but the link in the first post with the modem link says page not found. Does anyone have a link for a modem that will work with this rom?

Be sure to use the CM10 AIO patch and not the CM10.1
I tried link in op it is working. Do you mean for the modem or the thread let me know so I can fix the issue.... but yes this ROM is for NS4G modem it says it in the op
