Wheat app are you using? Is it the my files app that came with it? I have used the swap script, and it still shows up in there. What are you trying to locate?

I'm using the CM10.1 file manager. And I'm trying to locate the directory for the SD card I put in the side slot of the tablet.

Hi everyone,
Is there anyway that I could move apk to my sd card? I tried several apps but it my tab space doesn't change or gets any lower.
Thanks in advance.

Are you a root user?
Sent from my GT-P3113 using Tapatalk 2
No, im not. I read somewhere that rooting my tablet would be easier to find app to transfer app to sd card. I've been trying to root, but no computer access its hard.

I think you need root access then try directory bind (search forum) or app2sd or gl2sd

Hi, thanks for the response. I just rooted my tab and downloaded gl2sd, it works. Thanks!

Why not just make poweramp look in the external_sd instead if mnt/external_sd

Go into power amp setting and change the folder. To where you put your music although I am a big CM fan that was one of the main reason why I don't use it that much. Anymore

in my experience poweramp doesnt play too well with symlinks. try to use true paths if possible.

Yep, I read a lot of stuff before making my first post and this was one of the things I wanted as well.

I've yet to root mine since there are conflicting reports on various different versions/roms with problems reading sd cards.
darkmans's 4.1.2 stock-deodexed for 8000 looks good but smaw's 8010 fix is only available for 4.1.1 :crying:

Certain basics
You don't have cwm in a Rom zip
/data.. internal memory
/system... system memory.. this is where your Rom is
/boot... kernel is here
/recovery... independent of all other partitions and can be flashed either in Android using flash image binary or fastboot..
Google what other recoveries you have for your phone.. it should be in index /sticky for your phone in your forum thread.

give below information
1. what rom you use
2. what recovery you use
3. picture of your error.
always give enough detail for the condition of the phone like above information, else you will get unuse answer.
edit: by the way, do you have external sdcard insert into your phone?
Im using cyanogen mod alpha 4 by dhiru
And cwm-based recovery v6.0.1.9
And yes i am using an external sd the issue is with it i have tried 2 memory cards and sane issue

if can't solve by clean flashing, it is high possibility that chip is faulty, this is hardware issue.

This thing happened a month ago and broke a memory card for me but the issue is that i have had the phone for a year and couple of months if its a hardware issue shouldnt it have happened earlier ?
Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T using xda app-developers app
you have answer ur own question..lol
think..memory card own do not supply own power to operate. the phone does. why your memory card broken? the phone brack it. why still the card be use in normal, thats complicated. intermediate current or voltage supply to the card may cause this. same principal as some phone can oc 1.3ghz some can't.

Micro SD card displaying less space

Hey, I recently added the supernexus rom to my galaxy s3 however when it formatted my 62gb micro SD I now only have about 26gb... Considerably less!
I downloaded sdcard formatter 4 and had no luck (or don't know how to use it correctly) and I have downloaded a partition manager however couldn't see that it had been split into different partitions.
Now I turn to this forum for help. Anyone got any ideas or solutions?
