I want to use in it a script to use Sd Card (samsung 8GB class6) for app data and cache because the internal memory is only 512mb.
The main problem is that I can't access to recovery on it.

Expanding storage s5 clone

Hi, im currently a new person that has just recently acquired a clone S5.
Its runnning a mtk 6582 and has 1.09gb of storage.
I am trying to figure out how i can combine my sd card- that is a removable one- storage of 16gb with this storage so i can download more apps and such and so i am not limited to just 1.09gb.
Also i am not a fan of touch wiz and would like to install a custom rom but am not sure how to do so with this clone s5. Help with that would also be very nice and appreciated.
My phone is rooted
Hello Sir, how much is your full phone memory(include phone storage, not only the internal storage) or it full memory just 1.09 GB?

Click to collapse
the full storage is 1.09gb . I use a external 16gb card for other things as in music, but i want to be able to use this 16gb to install apk files, as in games and other useful apps.

[Q] Cube i6 or Teclast X98 Air2

Hi
I'm deciding on the Cube i6 2/32GB or Teclast X98 Air2 2/64GB dual boot versions. Still deciding whether I actually want dual boot or just Android.
On the Cube i6 I've read that 8GB is reserved for Android and 17GB for Windows. How much of storage is free for additional apps and can the partitions be adjusted to give Android more storage.
Or if I have a external SD card and format the card to FAT format, can I move apps to the external SD card. If this was the case then I'd be happy with the Cube 16 as it has stock Android without bloatware.
For the Teclast, I couldn't find anywhere how much storage on the 64GB version is reserved for Android and Windows. Can anyone please tell me. Also if I use an external SD card, will the same work (as above) if I move apps to the external SD card. Will I need to root both tablets to get this to work?
Thanks in advance.
anyone?

[Completed] system unmount edited

Hell everyone I'm not a tech but just an Android user with a broblem. OK, I own an ainol numy 3g Chinese version. It came with 1gb ROM, 4gb Ram storage space, I also install a 16 gb SD card in there. My problem is that, every thing I down load apps or data it goes to a 1 GB internal memory storage. And the 4gig storage is there untouched and the phone doesn't give you an option as to where to choos to store your data.
However the sd card was being recognised but the system was not automatically using it. I had to manually coppy data to it. All of a sudden the system unmounted the sdcard. It would no longer see the SD card.
So I decide to root the phone and install Root explore to check if I can detect the sauce of the problem.
First thing was I try to write to vold.fstab and Rexp reported that the system is not mounted. Same thing for the 4gig storage and the sd card. So I downloaded adb tool.
When I try to check for my system adb reported that the system is un available. Go back to root explorer it reported that my USB is not mounted. Can any one help me to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

Partitioned sdcard not being read properly

Hello all. Not sure if this question has ever been posed but I have a problem that deserves the attention of the pros here at XDA. I recently purchased a tablet with Android 5.1.1 lollipop with 16gig internal storage and 1gig of ram. After loading the device up with apps I started noticing that I was rapidly running out of room. I installed a 32gig sdcard formatted as fat32. After rooting the device and installing Link2sd I came to find out that this would only work with an ext partition. So I reformatted the card with two partitions, the first being in fat32 and the second in ext4. So far the device seems to be running pretty smoothly and was able to link all app files to the sdcard via link2sd. The problem here is when I check the storage in the system settings it shows all of the available space in the fat partition as expected. When I check the storage in link2sd, es file explorer, or any of the other file manager apps, it shows that there is only 502meg available on the sdcard. I was wondering if anyone here would be familiar with a problem like this and could advise me as to what I could do to fix this. Thanks
