Yes u can...use root explorer and push it system/app and set permissions to rw-r-r.

ABOUT
This rom is based on FXP CM10 ports and MIUIANDROID official port for Sony Xperia Arc S (but there could be exceptions)
MIUI is not my rom but a rom made by XIOMI.

How to install
Follow this guide
If you come from FXP rom just Wipe Factory and Cache. After that install the zip. MIUI doesn't use different boot.img from FXP anymore

For lockscreen see i have attached a lockscreen.rar in that there is a lockscreen file
no replace that file in /system/media/theme/default/
For first release i'll port Tipo MIUI V5 rom. It will be faster. I will debug the whole Anzy MIUI from MIUIANDROID next release

and for app theme I add xperia theme in theme choser (Not necessary) imake default theme look like xperia

install :
battery +60%
download rom+if you want download gapps
you must have cwm
rebot into recovery
wibe cache/data factory reset
wibe partition
install zip from sdcard
chose zip,then chose rom
when you in recovery the phone will reboot
but dont do any thing
after install finesh
you can install gapps
then reboot system now
download :

This is the official jellybean messaging i edited for miro and tipo i dont try in tipo ( i dont have the device) i need tester for this device
INSTALL:
1.- uninstall the messaging of stock ( use link2sd or another app)
2.- if you do not have messaging install install the app as any app

4.- reboot

How to Install??
Method 1 (unlocked bootloader)
Copy Themes to ext sd card
Flash Vengeance or ThunderZap kernel
Boot phone to recovery
Install Nature v1 from ext sd card
Wipe cache/dalvik
Reboot!!
Done!!
Method 2 (locked bootloader)
Extract Nature v1
Be sure that you have extracted all 8 themes
Copy all themes to 'system/app'
Replace all themes
Change their permissions to rw- r-- r--
Reboot!
Done!
If you don't like this, you can install original themes from backup by method mentioned above
