My internet data turns off by itself when I lock it screens. So whenever I lock my screen, I wont be able to receive any messages from any apps eg. Whatsapp, Messenger. As soon as I unlock my phone, all these messages and notifications starts popping up. I have been running on Cynogen Mod 10 for a few months and it hasnt been an issue. I have formatted my Sd Card and installed the newest version of CWM but the problem is still there.
Is it a hardware or software issue? What should I do?
Thanks in advance
Do you have any battery saving apps installed?

I would try wipe system/cache/dalvik and reinstall first.

I have done all that multiple times. Might it be a hardware problem?
Sounds crazy, but what's worked for me in the past is,
1. wipe everything
2. restore last known working backup
3. eliminate/verify hardware issue
4. wipe everything, reinstall rom.

Hey guys,
I was wondering if I could get help with my issue here. I have an unlocked bootloader, stock 1.85 (previously rooted) and I cannot figure out how to get the Play Store to work. As a matter of fact, even the NOVA is crashing. I already did a full wipe and the issue is still happening.
Thanks

A lot of apps that are usually compatible with my device aren't anymore. I cleared the data on my Google Play app and fixed permissions in the boot loader but that didn't seem to work. Is anyone else having this issue as well?

Wrong section. Try reflashing your ROM then if that doesn't work try running an RUU. Don't forget the factory reset and clearing the davlik cache and cache when flashing

Hi so I've had my HOX for a while and every single time I've flashed a sense ROM, and try to call someone, the dialer force closes. The same thing happens with texting. I was wondering how I could fix this. Thanks!

Sounds like something wrong with your flash.
Download rom, verify MD5
Use TWRP 2.3.3.1
Wipe flash, dalvik, system, factory reset
Flash rom.
Don't overclock or alter Voltages.
Should work fine.
I tried that and this isn't the first time this happened. Also my texting is working

So don't restore. It's restoring system apps that aren't compatible with the current rom.
Nvm didn't see the part about tibu.
TB restore on system apps doesn't work. It will cause problems. What you could do if that's your only back up.. move the dialer apk for /data/app and then restore the TB file. It should work without fc then.
System apps are specific to each ROM due to their cache. Therefore causing fcs

Hey All,
I've been using custom roms for a while on my HOX. But I have had this issue for a while. If I'm on WiFi and I disconnect, my phone doesn't re-connect to the cell network. Any help?
Thanks,
What rom? Or is it all of them?

Just about all of them, at least most of them that I've tried. CM 10.1, uXylon, I'm gonna try MIUI 3.5.3 but I'm expecting the same thing to happen.
What version of twrp?

I get the same thing on the Original ROMs, I've tried at least 6 different radios and the data connection is just flaky. I'm on T-Mobile too, which probably makes me the minority.
Try a Sense rom, it will probably work fine.
As per title. Cant connect at all on 3G or edge data. Only on wifi since 2 days ago. Wondering why. Cause my wife is using the same provider as i am but her whatsapp works on data.
Tried to reset the apn. But still the same
