Since there is now a "jailbreak" for the Surface that allows any third party app. Will Odin work?

It would have to be compiled for ARM.

I'm not sure if Odin is open source or not but if it is, you can submit your request in this thread:

Odin requires a kernel-mode driver and therefore won't work.

This was one app that I grew accustomed to seeing. That and it was the one app I would recommend to any android user. Being that it requires root, I'm assuming during android mode, will this work with Toast root method?
yes I was playing around with this earlier and have rooted following Toast's instructions. You should be fine.
thanks you very much.

i tried to search for the apk itself but no luck. I found the one in switch you have to place the folders in the systems part but I cant seems to get it to work. If you have a direct apk, i'd appreciate it.

No. Being that it is a Samsung app, the frame work and such should match, allowing it to be installed easily.

Yes, but not always. Sometimes app permissions are not automatically configured, and a lot of the Samsung apps are meant to be installed as system apps, or they will not work. Unfortunately, without root, there's not much we can do about that.

As far as I can understand, Facebook uses arm7 till Android 7.0 and arm64 from Android 8.0, as app architecture. If I had to support Android 7 or below, I will probably have to release 2 versions - one for arm7 and one for arm64. No promises, but I will try if I get enough time
It works without any problems. Thank you
A lot of ads on my p30 pro
If you can, add option to hide relations.
I see sponsored posts in everywhere...
I get a package parsing error when installing, most likely due to being on Android 8. Thought it was worth a try though. Thanks for continuing development.

Hi, so it's working fine for some and not for some others? Weird.
Could you send me the device name, android version?
Also, is location access granted to your FB app?
Hey Dev, I appreciate your work but I don't know why I'm getting ads. Thank you.

It's not that, mate. I made like 4 different patches and the sponsored keeps popping up, for some, not for others. So I dunno what I am doing wrong. I dunno smali much and I admit my defeat, for the time being. :cyclops:
Also, the FB code is so damn obfuscated :/
This is something that I may be willing to root for. Specifically I want to be able to read QCI and 5QI.

Strongly recommend Pixel Flasher. Made rooting a piece of piss, once you have downloaded the factory image and pointed the app to it, everything is done with a couple of button presses.

Yup, just downloaded it and updated my platform tools. I am going to start totally from scratch so it's gonna be a few hours of work lol.
If so can I have a download? If not, please verify there isn’t a version.

Can you be more specific?
If I see Odin... my first idea you mean Samsung Flasher Tool... for PC... Windows...
