Would love to feature this in my new weekly Best Useful Apps for Android video on YouTube for my audience, but before that happens, i think this needs to be on the playstore. Any reason why it's not? I don't think people should have to download a 3rd party App Store in order to download this useful app.

right then...i'm assuming by your lack of a reply, that you're either not interested in having your app promoted or you don't want it on the play store because it's malicious...
not featuring an app on the Play Store is the best way to never have anyone download all of your hard work and effort...

I think it SUCKS!!!
Here's why:
When you click on the DOWNLOAD button, there is no feedback whatsoever. You can't even tell if the app is downloading in the background.
Scrolling is super slow! I have 410 apps and it will scroll about 20 apps, then wait and download more icons, then let me scroll ~20 more, etc...I should be their best customer, I have tons of Amazon Apps! But is this the experience they want their best customers to have?
They need to either fix scrolling or make it so you can install/uninstall from their webpage the same way the Play market does.
It hogs A LOT of resources!!! I was on version 2.6.x
Upgrade it? Yea, if the check upgrade button worked! I just found out this morning that my version is super out dated! They are up to 4.x now! Thanks "check upgrade" button!
There is one thing I like about the Amazon App Store...FREE paid apps! :good:
I just hope they've fixed all these issues in the newest version.

Because the app is very new and hasn't many downloads yet it's apparently ranked very low by Google Play's search algorithm if you search for the name (without quotation marks). However, if you search for the name enclosed in quotation marks it'll be the only result.

Additionally, I'm contacting developers of camera apps and ask them to make their apps compatible with Quicker Camera Launcher Pro. I've already contacted the developer of Camera Zoom FX and hope for a soon reply (and hopefully an update, too). It uses almost no battery. Basically, it just runs when the screen turns on, checks the orientation for the configured amount of time and launches the camera app if the orientation matches the desired one. Then it waits again until the screen turns on again. In fact, I haven't seen it yet in the battery stats.
Maybe I'll add a trial in future. There's a seven day refund period but apparently many users either don't think that's enough or don't trust me or something else, I don't know.
There have already been a few smaller updates to Quicker Camera Launcher Pro, most notably the orientation detection was improved. I received a review from a user who experienced that the camera was launched when his phone was lying flat on a table and received an SMS (which caused the screen to turn on). If anyone experiences similar issues with the latest update (version 1.0.3) please post here or contact me via email so I can investigate this further.

Hi, I'm trying to pick out an app which does one thing and one thing only - simply wave at proximity sensor to wake up the phone so I do not have to use power button while I'm cycling.
I need the app to be as lightweight as possible and go easy on the battery, not to have any other functions only this one. And another thing is that the app would be easily turned off because I will use it just when cycling and I will turn off the app after I'm done.

Free version contains ads inside the app. And in free version it not possible to change the swipe side. Default side is left .
Why you take it down from play store?

@clownFace - Is there any way you could upload the full version here? I've purchased it back in the day and it was amazing!!! Unfortunately after installing a custom ROM a couple of weeks ago I've had to give up on it because it's not available in the Play Store/XDA anymore. I understand if you don't want to support it anymore, but if you don't expect any $$ from it anyway, can you please share the full version so we can use it?
