Using this thread i tried to root my device
http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/Samsung_Galaxy_S_Duos/GT-S7562
actually it is for Samsung GT-S7562 not for "GT-S7562i"
i didn't focused on that "i"
phone has bricked ..
after searching on various websites and using google translate, the proper rom is at
pan.baidu.com/share/link?shareid=150781&uk=470142491

HY ,if you rooted succesfully the device, and made a backup ,flash the backup,if not,try to find an unbrick tutorial, the reason it migh not work is that being for another device the drivers are different.OTHER that this GOOD LUCK!
i tried unbrick tutorials, looks like os is perfect but Touch Screen is not responding..

Have you already tried this: [BOOTLOGOS] GT-I8190/L [modified param.lfs]?
Maybe it works for you.
If not, you can ask in the ROM's thread, or just in the Galaxy S III Mini Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting.
Good luck !
BTW ... you may want to flash official Carbon ROM for your device, which seems to be Android 4.4.2: [ROM][4.4.2] Carbon ROM 20140104 [DAILY] [FULLY WORKING].
Thread closed and thank you.
