Hi guys HTC exlorer (pico) owner here and ive fiddled around with the phone and tried out CM9 CM10 but never got to really enjoying fpse pS1 emulator paired with the sixaxis controller due to the lag! but ever since i tried out JaggyRom 4 with the Cranium kernel my phone became more gaming friendly its just now i cant seem to pair my phone with the six axis anymore....=(
Any ideas guys? i know that certain roms are compatible with sixaxis such as CM roms...just not sure for Jaggyrom...
-FPSE latest version with FF9 and Legend of dragoon Tested with dramatic change after switch to jaggyRom.
-Dead Trigger Loading time faster on jaggyRom
-Sonic jump score evaluation at end of stage smooth with no lag at all on jaggyrom
(well you get my point jaggy rom is way better for gaming on the HTC explorer(pico) i just wanna be able to use the six axis thats all)
If anyones got SIXAXIS to work on their htc exploer using jaggyRom 4 pls pls pls help me out =)

(hehe a few views but no dice yet heheh well im actually willing to go back to CM but only if i can overclock to 1.3ghz...i tried the cranium kernel on CM but still stuck on 600 to 800mhz ) if anyone has a CM10 on their pico and has overclocked it to 1.3 pretty please teach me how thanks again guys =)

I yesterday just flash new rom (Android Revolution HD™ 6.5.1).After flashng i was very happy bcz its super snappy but i got problem,it run only modern combat 3.I install NOVA 2 after downloading complete in main menu one pop up come "unfortunately,NOVA 2 has stopped".It also give me same message in Rainbow six HD and Street Fighter HD.ANY Solution plzzz help
And also i recently install Siine Keyboard it is also not working?
Have you tried Insecoin5.1.4 which makes GPU improvement and also solve lots of FC problem?

Try the Hypernonsensation rom if you want Snappy.. It is only about 100 mb download and super fast.
Most of the 3d games I have are working on this one for me.
update your game version which support ics...
i try Insecoin5.1.4 ,it have same problem
nova 1 and 2 doesn't work on ics.
MC3 doesn't work for me on ARHD 6.5.1 too,
Even the latest version of MC3 have ICS support,
but i don't know why it just keep loop at the "gameloft" logo

I have no problem running Modern war2 game, pretty smooth on Insection 1.5.4,but I move a lot APKs from origin ROM, and now my ROM modified from Insection1.5.4 only 150M

hey i was wondering if there was some way to go back to a gingerbread rom after installing the android revolution 6.5.1, every time i try to it just boot loops on the HTC white screen. I really want NOVA 2 to work but i can't go back and apparently it won't work on ICS. Do i need to change the kernel or something?
hi ive been reading up on topic but cabt find an answer since im pretty new to this sort of thing i have rooted my sensation but is still s-on wondering if any 1 could explain how to get sixaxis app to work on my phone. I've read sumwere thy you need cynagoen mod to b able to get it to work but don't no wich Rom to download any 1 could explain or know of a guide

sounds like you're on the right track.
I don't know too much on the topic but I recall sense builds lacking support. An AOSP build should work fine. Try a cm9 nightly or rc2. Of course, you'll have to live with whatever current shortcomings there are with those roms.
I think it doesn't support the sensation so it wont work at all but not sure tho..

sense bluetooth stack is gimped.
Aosp builds should work. There's an app on the market called sixaxis compatibility checker or sth like that. Try any cyanogen roms etc and run this app to see if the Rom u r using supports it.
Edit: sense roms won't work!

I am running a custom rom though - AOKP Milestone 6 - as since it is Cyanogenmod based it should work better with bluetooth, but I'll try it with a standard Sense rom too to see if it works for kicks.
Your best bet might be to buy a Phonejoy as it works with the stock Sensation. If you're in any doubts email them & ask :

Have you heard of Nextgen ROM? Why didn't you include it in polls. Its better than jaggyrom 3.2 and that ripoff of it jaggyrom 4.0.3
Lol. Include Exploded Rom (GB). Nenamark1 is 43fps.
Well any of those above mentioned are good. All you need to is flash an additional script like PimpMyRom.

I would recommend Explode^1 .. Ive had problems in games in other roms.. In cm 9 when I used multi touch in asphalt 6 and shadow guardian it FCed... In cm 10 most wanted isnt working it says "This application is not authorized for use on you android device".. Shadow guardian FCing .. Jaggyrom wont let me install some apps like highway rider ... Htc Sense 4.0A also gets the game to FC when Multi touch.. NExTGen was giving me lag for some odd reason.. So explode it is! If you know how to fix the Force closing problem please post it or PM me =D.. Any help is appreciated..

I would say Jaggyrom because that's gingerbead and than you can install cranium kernel witch is overclockable

switching to cm10 definitely helped with the lag,i can play games like gta 3 and modern combat 4 now which were a slide show before.just make sure you have cm10 on your sd card before you flash the recovery because i could not get the recovery to mount my sd card to usb.
make sure you know what you are doing with adb/fastboot or you will just brick your device.
now all we need is an over clocking enabled kernel to squeeze a couple hundred more mhz out the chip lol
cm10 also has the option to let you limit how many background apps can run which can help this phone a whole lot.
CM 10 helped me with lag issue, but sometimes the system seems slow and it drain much battery!
I think it's the best way to stay on stock rom! It's so cool and battery is awesome. At end of march we get official jb I don't like CM10 because I like xperia style!
Hello there people i really need help on this when i installed cm 10.1 jb 4.2.2 it installed good with twrp with all clean installation with their compatible gapps version . . Anyways when i installed games like subway surfer . . temple run or agent dash they all so lag and subway surfer is not even running on any cm like beanstalk or cm 10.1 jb 4.2.2 and when ever i restore my stock jb 4.1.2 all apps working smooth and fine . . so is this cm problem? or you guys running smooth as daily driver ? Is their any cure for this i want to use cm to less battery consume and use more my cell phone thanks .. please anyone can tell me which custom rom should i use on my att&t i727 skyrocket ?

So I had the same issues when running CM based ROMs. Apparently there are some settings that need to be enabled so the GPU can take over with the games graphics.
Here are 2 methods:
FIRST: (and probably the easiest) Enable developer options which is easy way. Go to DEVELOPER OPTIONS----- DRAWING-----DISABLE HW OVERLAYS: this forces our fun joyful games to render fully with the GPU if I'm not mistaken. This settings don't stick under a reboot from my experience.
SECOND: Download PIMP MY ROM. In the settings, TWEAKS----KERNEL TWEAKS----ANDROID FEATURES----enable HARDWARE ACCELERATION and FORCE GPU RENDERING. If that doesn't work mess around with the VSYNC setting in the app.
