2.boot animation
3. Launcher 7 donate
4. Windows like gallery
5. Windows like music player.

7.windows contact and messages.
I placed the apks in the system of cm 9 build #13 but none of them worked. I had to install them again and after reboot they stopped working again. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

At least one of those apps (Launcher 7 donate) is a paid app, and distributing it for free in a ROM is piracy.

Hey all, I'm running 2.3.3 Cyanogen 7 mod and when I first installed the mod I had no market. So I re installed it and the market was in there, I have since followed one of the solutions on the samsung galaxy forum regarding different themed markets and how to set them up.
This may seem stupid however I was able to get it working previously before updating to 2.3.3, in short I tried to install zip from SD card and the market has dissapeared and no longer is installed, I tried to install it again and even downloaded the stock and tried to install it as a .apk but it just wont work. I don't want to re-install 2.3.3 if possible but can't see any other options?
I've tried searching for any other threads about this but couldn't find any which actually gave an answer, has anybody seen or had this issue before?

http://goo-inside.me/gapps/ if you can't find them, choose the CM7 version in the table at the top.
More specifically you should download this : http://goo-inside.me/gapps/gapps-gb-20110307-signed.zip and install the zip file via cwm recovery

Hey guys, thanks for those speedy responses - this is why I love the XDA forum!!
Sadly installing the Google apps didn't work either, all looked to install but after clearing the cache and fixing permissions (just to be sure) there was no market installed when I rebooted
Sent from my Nexus S using XDA App
Just after flashing the rom you must reboot and in your first reboot login with your Google account.

Ah so I do have to reflash the Tom, bummer - that's what I was hoping to not have to do :-(
If its gotta be done then its gotta be done I spose, cheers for all the help.

Cod ball, reflash your rom without wiping anything, after that flash gapps and reboot.

I figure why not and downgrade to the classic android market, don't care for Google play much. So how would I downgrade to a very early version like that and prevent it from re-updating back to Google play?
Sent from my SGH-T679 using xda premium
Well, you could find an apk somewhere for an older version (extract from a rom, for example) and delete/freeze market updater apk.
This is a good idea

[APK] Old Market v2.3.6
What coccolino_dbro said. Here's the apk for old Market v2.3.6. Got it from BlackICE ROM for HTC DHD.
Thank you, so I would freeze market updater with nobloat and then install this apk which would replace the current one?

I disabled the market updater with nobloat, that should hold right?

Does it work then?
Well I disabled it with nobloat, but after a reboot the icon changed and it upgraded to the version where the shopping bag android icon changed a little. So I tried freezing it, after a reboot it was back to Google play.

Guys, my phone's market is really screwed up, someone please help.
Sent from my SGH-T679 using xda premium
Try deleting MarketUpdater.apk and the Google Play apk through a root file browser. I think Google play apk is called Phonesky.apk and not Vending.apk. Anyway delete both those files from your /system/app folder and then move the old market apk to the folder. Set permissions to rw--r--r (same as all the other apps in the folder) and reboot. Should work now. Copy the MarketUpdater.apk to your SD card before deleting, just in case.

That is very odd if your phone FC on original apk. I'll upload the same apk with no add removed. Let me now if it still FC. If this one FC it might be your ROM. It plays fine on my infuse and gnexus.
Try this apk, it is same app with adds - Download

I have a rooted Explorer, and I want to install a particular app (musicMagpie), but for some reason it is "incompatible" according to the market. I reckon it should probably work OK, and want to install it anyway. I have been trying to edit build.prop, I have changed "ro.product.model" to "Nexus S", "ro.product.brand" to "samsung", "ro.product.name" to "Nexus S" and "ro.product.manufacturer" to "smasung". I then cleared the data and cache of play store, but it's still not letting me download the app.
Any suggestions?
EDIT: Hmm, looks like Play Store is identifying my phone as a Nexus S, but still says the app is incompatible. Guess I'll try another phone...
Patch ur market app with some patch tool.. if u want the name send pm.it will bypass that problem...

OP/Pics link here -- http://phandroid.com/2013/06/27/and...leaked-new-camera-app-available-for-download/
If you needed any further proof that Android 4.3 was, in fact, real and headed to Android devices in the very near future, look no further than the leaked screenshots nabbed by SamMobile. What you’re looking at is test build of Android 4.3 (JWR66N) for the Galaxy S4 Google Play edition, running on a regular ‘ol Galaxy S4.
While we don’t know specifics involving the exact changes from 4.2.2. to 4.3, it’s said we could finally see Bluetooth improvements, as well as that new fangled camera application currently found on the Google Play edition HTC One and GS4 running 4.2.2. When it comes to the camera, that can already be downloaded/sideloaded onto your device like any other app. Works without a hitch on most devices.
Download here-- http://www.mediafire.com/download/8tu1o85d21a61i7/camera.google.play.edition.apk
Instructions to install:
1. Download the camera.apk
2. Use a file explorer using root(example root explorer)
3. Copy and paste or move this apk in ur system/app
4. Reboot
5. Walla!
