I've noticed while troubleshooting my phone's connection with Network Log app today, that there's an occurence of both Cut the Rope and Cut the Rope Experiments games to send/receive data :

There's no service running in the background, so this isn't to be seen by the user. Apparently it's not enough to buy those 2 games without being harassed for the data.
Just wanted to give a heads up, both are now uninstalled and I certainly won't buy from them again.
Appreciate the heads up. I can't find a privacy policy on their website...pretty shady.

Is there anyway to restrict access to applications on my phone?
I work with some sensitive emails so I can't access email on my phone unless I can find a way to lockdown applications.
The main applications I need to lock are my mail applications and messaging. Possibly browser.
Anyway of doing this?
It'd be good if you could.... stop my kids from nosing around parts of the phone I don't want them looking in!!

Hey guys. Just wanted to tell you all about an application which was launched yesterday.
It's called Kytephone, and is a way for children to be able to use Android without the chance that they may come across something unsuitable.
Parents can monitor what applications they can use, which can be anything from the Google Play store. The parent also monitors who the child calls and where they are from an online dashboard.
The app is almost impossible to exit without the password, even taking the battery out does nothing.
