Hey does anybody know of a gallery app that sets wallpapers with the cropping mode that gingerbread used to? The way the stock gallery and quickpic does it cuts out most of the pic and I don't really want a zoomed in blurry shot as my background thanks in advance!

I'm running whites kd1 with crushd's TW launcher and fknfocused's uot kitchen framework.apk mod
So my problem is that when I put a new wallpaper the size I set keeps zooming in, making the picture very ugly
has anyone ran into this problem or could it be any of my mods?

Try another launcher for a bit and see if the problem persists

Well, the default lockscreen wallpaper is the purple default SGS4G wallpaper. You just have to set it back to that.

i have my security pattern set up on my phone and i want to put a wallpaper on the lockscreen that is different than my normal wallpaper. i try to set it, but it never shows up. I also take the pattern off and use the normal lockscreen, but its still a no go. using bionix frost. any ideas on how to get the lockscreen wallpaper to be different than my normal wallpaper?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks...

I go into the gallery pick a wallpaper select set as then set as lockscreen wallpaper, resize it and that's it.

thats because its something that actually doesnt work lol
seems they never fixed the bug with it. IF you google it seems no device is truly capable of doing it..

Yeah, quickpic is the best in my opinion.
I have a wallpaper that is 480x800. How do I set it to a wallpaper. It gives me the usual grid to size it but it won't let me take the whole picture.

Use an app called Fish Bowl. Choose set wallpaper, then scale to fill width and height. Works great.

Yea I use apex and never noticed the boxes but the wife was asking about it. She isn't into customizing it, gives me crap all the time when I try a new rom out haha. Thanks for the replies

The portrait box is for standard locked portrait view. The landscape box is for when you have wallpaper scrolling enabled. It will be the full range of scroll when you move back and forth.
