So, Do you want to blow some wind of Jelly Bean feeling into your ICS (or maybe GB) roms...Then, just try this (I applied it on my RemICS and it works as it should work w all CM9 or AOKP based roms )

This actually doesn't seem to work for me. I tried both the flashable file option and "apply on the fly" option, still nothing.

What rom do u use man?...it works fine for me on remICS (a totally CM9 based rom)...just I dont have a camera to record a video for u guys but I promise that it works for me and I will try on other roms

My Phone hangs when I update apps from Playstore

Hi guyz,
Am facing a new problem. My Phone hangs when I choose to update my apps installed. Am on ZSLE5

Buddy,everyone is facing that problem,phone lags a bit,it doesn't hang,it's probably because of flaws on ICS ROMS,but still with our developers working constantly they'll find a solution of that soon

Lol first of all I accidently thanked you.
Seccond thing he said he is on ZSLE5. Which means its GingerBread not ICS. Also the kind of problem he is saying is not even on ICS.
One Possibility of the problem might be your Play Store is corrupted. Try Finding latest Play Store apk and push it into System/App(Assuming you are rooted).
Respond if any luck

Any new software has some pros and cons...
i am using ICS for the past one month..and for me nothing has changed..neither the battery backup nor the stutterness.. (ardatdat 4.2b5 + BB ROM)
but for others it has changed significantly...
at the end of day its upon you..!!

To anyone wondering why the flash don't work its because its for the Intl version and its mounting the wrong partition. Ur playing with fire if you flash that. This one is safe to flash on our phone https://rapidshare.com/files/2234282553/POPUP_BROWSER.zip

Wolfpack had it right. I "played with fire" but no harm done. Flashed the second link and it works properly. I find the popup useful for Facebook or Twitter news article links.

I just extracted the file from the Synergy JB ROM and installed it on CleanROM n have had no issues at all

EDIT: Nevermind I found it and for some reason the xda link wasn't working before and now it is.

You don't need to struggle with apps. Just open regular browser and open "www.google.com'' and from the menu button, "add shortcut to home screen"
Everytime click on this bookmark it will ask to open with popup and will automatically open google. thats how I use it.

OK so I flashed it and installed the invoker app and I can't get it to work. I cleared defaults of my browser but it doesn't show up in the popup menu to select which application I want to use. Does this only work on TW roms? I am on ParanoidAndroid 2.51.

Just works on tw roms......

facebook bug on Darkrom

i installed darkrom on my fone and the facebook app is very wierd, is there a tweak to put it back to the normale timlineversion?
i tryed removing it an installing it back but its still that weird version

I hope there's a fix somewhere.. Not only does it look kinda crap its very hard to use ie you make a comment on a post or thread and it scrolls down page so you have to find original post/thread again lol
And can't connect games with ease.. Took a few times to sync with candy crushed etc

The default notification drawer in CM10 A4 does not allow you to add widgets. Here you can.

Actually, it's better to pack/ use stock email rather than Gmail... It's because there's an extra wakelock in it.. With stock email, you can sync all your Gmail, hot mail, yahoo or whatever into one. Just my 2 cents...
