My problem is when i install an app from google goes to the internal memory and not to the external...and if i do that manually and put the icon of the installed app to a new folder after restarting the phone the icon will be gone from the folder...out again among the other icons...sorry for my bad english...any help will be great....thanks^^

Im already rooted...my problem its not how to move to sd card but how to fix the folder problem icons...it holds only the folders after i restarting the phone and the icons spread out of the folder...i cant put them every time i start my phone...its over 200 icons :/

Im not using any file manager...its the stock of 4.1.2 JB (XXLSJ) and it is already rooted as said...
I don't really understand the question are you trying to group all the icons from the installed apps into another folder and when rebooted all the icons go out of the folder?
Do you even need to do this?
I'm probably sure it doesn't affect the phone in anyway

Yes! i want to group all the icons into folders...not just one folder...its not a problem to the phone thank gosh...but its crazy every time i restart the phone to start looking the app i want to run among 200 icons into 17 pages...anyway thanks for your time

seem like a bug on your launcher, try installing another launcher like apex.

You probably have to go into either;
- /system/app/; or
- /data/app/directory and delete the odex file that has the same name.
Example: If you cannot install Titanium Back Up. Navigate to /data/app/ and find titanium.odex. Remove it and now you can install titanium.

I already saw that solution elsewhere but doesn't work. I cant install any app apart from some.
This might sound stupidly simple but, are you sure you just aren't low on space from music or movies, etc...?

Do factory Reset and through CWM Recovery Restore your setting and Apps from NAND Backup (if only you created one).. :laugh:
ok guys - just sorted it.
i installed app2sd at some point and i think i was trying to get it to install by default to my sd card. problem is that the old tab 7.7 doesnt support installing to sd. So what was happening it was just giving me a no error message. i used Super manager 3 to default back to the device memory, rebooted and all ok now.
sorry for my stupidity. but shame on the amount of users telling me to do a factory reset - thank god i didnt listen to y'all!!

I faced the same problem with my Xperia ZR after playing with Link2SD.
Fixed it with starting the terminal and typing:

pm set-install-location 1
pm get-install-location
Resut is 1[internal], and the apps are now installing.

This worked for samsung gt-p6800! Thanks for the post.
After rooting my S3, I got a little over zealous uninstalling all the bloatware. As such, I mistakenly deleted the alarm clock (ya know, the one that works with S Voice). Does anyone have the apk for the stock touchwiz alarm clock? The only downloads I can find are modded versions ported for other phones.

You should be able to download a stock rom and search the zip. Normally they are located in the \system\app directory. Make sure you match permissions with other system apps.

I downloaded "BeansStockR3.1". Since I am a new member, I can't post a direct link, but it was the only google result when searching for exactly that. Also, I PMed you a link directly to the ClockPackage.apk.

Hi there, this is how i fixed my alarm problem
firstly download the clock apk relavent to your phone, i think that there are 3 different ones provided in this thread.
Secondly you need to download something from the play store called "Rom toolbox pro" its £3 but if you ask in the forums here someone can probably point you to a free one that does the same thing.
make sure your phone is rooted, install and run Rom toolbox pro. click on Root Browser, navigate to where you put the APK on your phone, copy and move it to root/system/app. Once you have moved the apk find it in the app folder, click and hold it for a couple of seconds. A menu should popup with options, click on "permissions" set them so they are like this. http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2pphiyo&s=6 If you are using a different app you will need to set your permissions accordingly, yet again im sure there is someone on here clever enough to help with that.
Now just restart your phone, the APK will run on boot.

Great performance since then,everything works like a charm!

Thank you my friend but im not new in forums.I've searched many threads using this "little search box" u mentioned
but if u read carefully my first post u will see that im interested in the Dual View function the stock Allshare Play app has.
The one u show me, misses this function .
I tried to extract the apk from a stock rom and install it on CM10 but i couldnt even if i "played" with the permissions.
Any ideas please?

Using titanium backup, convert nova launcher to a user app, and then install nova prime..

So is there anyway to get transparent statusbar, in the ics, there was an option and I really loved it. If there is some reading involved, I'm not afraid of it.

M2SD works just fine..
Just make sure you use an ext3 or ext4 partition..

I am on the latest build and my media files on the sd card are not detected by gallery/music player/any other music player. I have searched for .nomedia files but in vain. They are detected in any other rom but this. I have tried scanning using Rescan media root still they dont show up. Any help is appreciated.

Hmmm...
Have you tried removing and re-inserting the sdcard, and then scanning with the rescan media app??

Just tried it and after re-inserting the sd card, after sometime the phone hanged and restarted but got stuck at boot animation. I had to pull the battery to start the phone.
And how is now media scanner, did you rescan? It's normal to hang if you are using some memory script.
Yup i rescanned. Still the same.
Edit: Noticed that after a music file is selected as the phone ringtone, it is shown in the music app also.
I have no good ideas, only one is to reflash it, but.......... that is like a giving up
I found something else in this rom, yes normally changing wi-fi and signal colors, doesn't work but when you use 'show signal text' option it's working.
Hmm.. seems like i shud reflash the rom and hope to see some magic.
I dont knw if this issue is faced by others but the settings in Gallery just opens up another blank screen.
Edit: Tried all possible methods I could find on the internet and still could not get my media files to be detected.. Switched to CM10.1..

Two more things:
2. Gtalk ~does voice chat work??? (if you have tried that is )
3. Had a look @ source ~ it said app permission manager is forked 1 hour ago from chameleon ~does this have that now? Or will it come in future versions? I can't read github..sorry

V 3 is super, but not necessary, unfortunately for me I can not take the generator with me. In standby mode the Accu consumes a lot of power in 3 hrs 70% with even 1 reboot.
I therefore still remains at V2 which runs much better.

Im gonna try it after i reinstall V7.. i tried to flash another accuweather version that i found here on XDA for CM Roms and now im stuck in boot loop lol

That didnt work for me, still the same old accuweather theme... That one from V6 was so cool, cant we get it from V6 to V7?

1) Flashed the transparent zip in recovery - no weather widget option
2) Downloaded accuweather from playstore and flashed zip in recovery - weather widget option but the theme didnt work.
Ideas?

i reach at max to lock screen but it doesnt open, reboots after 2min.
plz help.

No..... This is wrong method of enabling multiwindows
1. Open settings /xposed installer
2. Install framework
3. Enable multiwindows module from the list of all modules
4. Reboot
5. Now enable multiwindow from ur status bar..... Now it will work
Be Lazy, Pressing Thanks is easier than typing it

There was an "accuweather2013phone.apk" or something like that... and i also copied the weatherwidgetdaemon.apk just in case and well, it worked!!! :laugh::laugh::laugh:

Hey guys/girls, we all know that Sunsonic V-7 have some apps that requires DPI change to work (videoplayer) and other things that needs to be activated in a certain sequence, etc... The dev of the rom said he would update the Q&A in his thread with all the information needed but he is super busy i guess so we could use the first post in this thread to list all these information!
