[Q] Multiple imageview selections - Android Software/Hacking General [Developers Only]

Hi,
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I am working in an application which has multiple images needs to be scaled, resized and rotated also. i have attached the screen capture and source files for your reference.
I have used four image views and buttons to run a sample application before jump into the main application. If i select image using buttons then it is working fine. but cannot select an image under the top most one while on touch.
Image resizing and scaling too have limiting problems. Eagerly waiting for the reply.
I would appreciate if you come up with a simple solution and the problem with my layouts also. I am not sure that my layout is best to use too..
Thanks in advance

today-screen icons tomtom: with usable sollution

hello!
I've got a little problem.
I installed tomtom6 on my htc touch pro (runs without problems), but i've got a little problem with the today-screen.

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
as you can see in the picture the tomtom-lettering is nearly unreadable.
so i had the idea that this could be an image-file shown there and that i could replace it with once with a better coloring.
so now my question: is this a picture and where can i find it?
Soluion: put a bitmap-file into directory:
my device\tomtom\tttoday.bmp
size: 20pixel in hight
howto:
-> disable tomtom-icon in today->elements->TomTom
-> then copy bmp-file to tomtom-directory
-> enable tomtom-icon
=> new self-made icon is on screen

Lock screen improvement

Hi,
The new lock screen built into WM6.5 is a nice security tool.
Has someone already customized it (by editing a config file or the registry) ?
I want to remove the contact and message button and have a big large unlock button.
This is how the lock screen looks like:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
The contact and message buttons are unuseful, it would be better to have a large unlock button instead.
This clearly seems to be feasible, because when you go to: Settings>Personal>Lock
you get the following screen:
This is exactly what I would like to have for the lock screen !

Overlay

Hi guys and girls.
just thought id give the app "Overlays" a mention.
Basically it allows you to float any of your installed widgets on top of your screen so that they are still visible when using your apps/browser etc.
The app also allows you to size and set the transparency of the widgets.
Its really easy to use and there is a lite version for you to play with - see more at the XDA portal thread.....
Overlays Thread
Its pretty cool and well worth a shout, especially for us tablet owners :good:

Here is a snap of this thread, you can see my bookmark widget on the right and also my Sonos player widget just below it

Who wants 720x720 pixel app icons?

Here's how:
1] Open the app's page on web Play Store and right-click on app icon and open it in a new tab...

"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
2] Delete the "124" at the end of the picture address....
3] and change it to 720... and then save the image to disk...
I use these with Desktop Visualizer to make HUGE bold buttons for the 6 most frequent apps I use
Do you mind taking screenshots of the result?
cool tip, looks like the maximum resolution is 720 cuz i tried 9999 and it still showed the exact 720 one
btw this is an easier way to have big high-resolution icons for apps that use usually use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gabetaubman.giganticon&feature=order_history

[APP] [4.4+] [v1.0] PicLinx

PicLinx is a light & minimal app I made for my personal use. I always hated that I had to open Chrome just to view any image link sent by a someone. So I came up with this.
This app intercepts direct image links and opens them on top of the current app.
Also, when fully zoomed out, long press the image to download it..

Ion

I actually had to do very little coding thanks to these awesome libraries.
