I've noticed an issue when you set the status bar clock to center with the am/pm set to large it stays large no matter if you choose small or none. The only way I have figured out how to get it reset is by rebooting.

I noticed the same thing, I solved it by turning am/pm off and simply looking out a window to see of the sun is out.

That happens sometimes to me with launcherpro as well. Changed launcher and it never happened after that. That's the only fix I could find.

I'm not sure if anyone else knows about this, but if you hold your finger on the status bar until the notification tray starts to open and then stops opening, you can slide your finger back and forth on the status bar to adjust brightness without going into your settings. I just found this out and thought it was cool and worth sharing

I kept noticing it changing brightness randomly sometimes since I got it back in August, and I just figured it out, haha. Oh well, eitherway, I'm sure there are people out there who will be pleased to learn this trick

Before people say it doesn't work, allow me to state the obvious. You have to turn off auto-contrast.

While the idea is nice, I find it a bit tedious. I'll go with a switch widget instead.
Hey I have Zeus installed I just have a question I cannot change the status bar settings for the battery icon I believe the reason why my phone acts out of place and lags very much is because of the battery animation when its charging. When I go to lock screen settings the status bar settings are faded and I cannot press on them. Can anyone help me out
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I997 using xda premium
Support for this Rom is non existent. But if you want real help it would be nice to know what version of Zeus you are using. Good luck finding some one that still runs this and can help you.

Those settings are only for the changing of the lock screens. Nine of the other options are available..or even implemented..assuming that you are running Zeus6. And the standard charging animation should not be the cause of your issue. I could be wrong, but the animation is not something that can be turned off, unless you are using the battery bar mod, which has a settings app all it's own.

Just upgraded to att official pics 4.0.4 and I have a new icon I've never seen before that won't go away. Its a box with a minus sign on the far left of the status bar.
I've searched and found out its telling me my notification is disabled? Is this true? I've only seen 1 post saying this.
And the directions to turn notification on don't work. They said to pull down the bar and toggle notification.... I don't have that option.
Help me make it go away please.

It seems to have gone away on its own. I'd still like to know what it was and why.

Yep saw this too. Downloading now
No need to wipe cache and fix permissions. Works fine without these steps.
Nice all kinds of 4.2 goodies:laugh:
thank you for this!
Is anyone having issues with the alarm function of this? I am able to everything with this new clock app, except that it force closes as soon as I click the alarm icon at the bottom left.

Thanks!! I couldn't stand the stock keyboard on this phone and have been looking for a replacement. This is just what I wanted!

I was having the same problem. You have to delete the old clock app and reboot. Then it should work fine or at least that's what I did to get it working. Might be a good idea to back up the old clock app before you delete it just in case. Good luck

worked for me ,
its funny because i was getting force closes and i was trying to delete the 4.2 app and accidently deleted the old 4.1 clock and it fixed the problem .
i love the look of the new 4.2 clock . also the night mode is easier on the eyes .
What happened to the installable version? The one you can do without root?

I love the new nighttime clock, the last one was hard to read. I only wish you could change the text color like in CM7.
Cannot download. Keeps stopping!

After flashing the 4.2 clock, removing the 4.1 clock and rebooting, I get stuck on the "activating..." screen. Is this happening to anyone else?
The clock works perfectly, and I can just hit the home button and it goes away, but now it happens on every reboot and I wouldn't want that process to run in the background...
Any info would be much appreciated!
