Disable/hide Status bar

Is it possible to disable/hide the status bar after the Jelly bean update?

(Q) Pull down notification

Just wondering if it were possible to get the status bar like on my galaxy s3 with the toggles rather than in the corner. I really need to learn how to theme so I can make customized stock roms.

What do you mean? With the toggles centered? The toggles taking more place?
I think the status bar opens too strechted, and I'm searching for 16-24 toggles status bar, as on my Note 1...:fingers-crossed:

It is a big spacing between the clock and the edge...and on the other side the same.
I saw that the spacing get smaller/bigger if i change font size setting to any option, but after reboot it just get back.
Is there any way to fix this?

[Q] Quick Settings toggle from Galaxy S4 Rom.

Is there anyway I can get those quick settings toggles in Notification Center from Galaxy S4 Rom extracted and put in any android device? So it looks cool.
