Tinji GT-i9300 firmware - General Questions and Answers

Has anyone got a firmware for a Tinji GT-i9300 4.7" S3 Clone?
The phone came with 4.1.1 but I'm having signal freezing problems.
Thanks.

Firmwares for clones are quite hard to find, maybe you can get some app that can help the signal or contact the offical support.

I've tried signal boost apps but they don't help. The only thing that stops the service from freezing is to keep the phone in a good signal area.

There are some different phones with this Name in the wild but I guess it is a H640-Board.
So may use this collection: http://n2k1.com/n2k1/GT-i9300/
The site chinamobiles.org is not available at this time (or only for me?) - but there is es big section for all this phones (also the H800-board)

I don't think that has a forum, that's a Chinese phone with not much to it. I could be wrong though.

You could be - but you're not. If the OP had bothered to use Google first he might have found some more information out before posting here.
These Chinese phones appear all the time and there will probably never be XDA forums for most of them because they change specs all the time and most devs aren't going to have one to try playing around with.

Looks like very few poeple buying this phone no community at all well we all are waiting for KIT KAT
You can't flash this on any other variants as the Korean variant has Snapdragon 800 processor. You may end up bricking your device in the process of flashing incompatible firmwares.

I believe that's the case with most phones, unless they're flagship devices. I'm pretty much done with "romming", though. Changing system fonts was my other pull towards customization/rooting (I absolutely hate Roboto), but thanks to FlipFont and a certain PlayStore application, I can now use whichever font I fancy (without needing to root). I do hope there's a Kitkat update on the horizon, though.
Slowly killing me, seem we are not loved by samsung

Guess it'll not work on N7500 right? I know it wont, but cant do anything else other than to ask you.
Language support??
Is it korean only language or multi?
N750S is the Note 3 Neo model with Snapdragon 800 processor sold only in Korea so ROM cannot be flashed on any other variant of the Note 3 Neo.
Can someone post a change log and some screen shots of ROM to show the changes compared to Jellybean .

[Q] No service with Android 5, On Vodafone Germany. Any Ideas?

Hello xda-developers and thank you for reading this. I bought a new Nexus 5 today and flashed it with the original Google Lollipop ROM realeased some days ago. Everything runs fine so far but I can't get the service working. I've searched old threads to the best of my ability but couldn't find a solution, I hope you can. As said in the title I'm going with Vodafone Germany. Attached are some screenshots that hopefully give you all the information you need.
Thanks in advance!

No problem here with Vodafone Germany on my Nexus 5 running Android 5.0. Maybe your Sim Card is defect? Do you have another phone to test the Sim.
I tested the sim today on another phone, it works fine. I am currently testing different modems... I was hoping to avoid unlocking my brand new phone for a while but hey

Shouldn't be necessary to install another modem. Maybe it is a hardware defect? Do you have another Sim to test the Sim tray? Was it working on 4.4 before you flashed Lollipop?

I didn't test it before I installed Lollipop. It could be a Hardware defect (But I'd find that odd, I ordered it online and it runs perfect aside from the cell signal) I will return it if I get fed up with the issue, but that would mean no phone for another 3-4 days
Why do you think a different modem won't make a difference? A different SIM card did get a signal in Nexus when I asked for help in a vodafone shop I was if I recall correctly. But my SIM card also worked in another phone
Edit: I tested another SIM card just now, it showed service for a while with an exclamation mark (see attachment) but then went back to 0 bars
Edit 2: Also not working on Android 4.4.4

I'm not a developer, have you tried changing the preferred network type to wcdma only or gsm only in the phone testing menu?

I already tried the LPX13D Modem (from the list of different modems for the Nexus 5 by autoprime on xdadev, can't link to it because I have less than 10 posts...). Is the one you linked any different?

J7 Prime (SM-G610M/DS) There is no firmware in sammobile

Hello friends, I am somewhat confused since I try to look for new software updates for my J7 Prime G610M / DS in sammobile, but this smartphone does not appear :crying:...
I'm sure it's original, but I do not understand why it does not appear ... Another thing I do not see in my smathphone are the new options of S-secure, Secure Wifi and S Batery ..
My smatphone has front flash ...
Someone could explain to me why this happens. If I want to download a firmware for my smatphone where I get it ..
Greetings to all
I hope one of these can work for you .....

hey Maximum, I´m guessing you´re Latin American, just like me. I also have the J7 Prime with the front facing Flash, seems like we don´t have the S Power Planning nor S Secure apps, I hope we get them with a future update (as J7 prime is confirmed to receive Nougat) because they are MAJOR selling points in India, it´s really bad we can´t use them here.

Someone who has Root for this model G610M ..... ???
Custom ROM?
I am a brazilian and I own a latin Galaxy J7 Prime G610M/DS.
Are there any custom roms (Cyanogenmod is the one I like the most) working on this smartphone model?
The reason why I want CM is because I enjoy using it and it is lighter and somehow works better for gaming (after some personal tweaks).
This J7 Prime is lagging a lot, even on light games like Rayman Adventures, my brother has an LG Leon and it runs smoothly (waaayyy inferior specs).
But I am afraid that if I try to install CM my phone will get broken because of its particular model. Thank you.

What exactly are you trying to achieve my flashing it? If it were me and I was at all unsure I wouldn’t do it with such an unknown device.

Ok I understand, I’m sure someone has knowledge of this device. I would expect you’d have to be certain your flashing the right thing before doing it!
