Can't unless someone wants to bust their a** to have a broke half working no market version hacked into it from another device. Windows 8 rt was released only to OEMS so sorry :/
PS searching is your friend in this forum. This has been asked at least twice for other devices

Splashtop remote desktop app would be your best option, and then when the Asus transformer AIO comes out you can get that.

Flashing a mobile phone through our tablet

Hi. I have the HTC HD2 and the ASUS tf300t and I would like to update the ROM of my HTC HD2 through my tablet. Should not that be possible? When I connect my phone to my tablet and go to the bootloader there stands below USB. Does not this mean that my tablet has recognize the phone? If so, wouldn't this mean that we should be able to flash our phones through our tablets if we had an program like HTC HD2 Toolkit but only as an android app? To manage a clean instal procedure? So "task29", "installed MAGLDR" or "clk", "flash CWM" etc. ... So if somebody could put out the Windows program HD2Toolkit as an Android app that would be incredible!
Sorry for my english
I just use the dock and put my phones micro sd in and just cut and paste

Why not?! The transformer is lighter, faster and got more power than my Acer Aspire One. Especially i want to start study next year. Also it is possible to run any office programm on it. The only thing i miss is a stylus like the S-Pen of Samsung. I'm not such a game geek but when i look into the Tegra Zone and see what kind of graphics it is able to, it could also replace my wii.

Getting a new android tablet. Any recommendation?

Hey guys, I'm getting a new tablet soon. Any good tablets out there that can last for at least two years? I normally use it for gaming and movies.
Thanks.

Nexus 7 or nexus 10 you won't regret it. The nexus 7 is amazing. Only go with the 10 if you need the larger screen.

Best smartphone

Hi do you know which is the best smartphone under 400€? A galaxy nexus is a good choice?

Depends what your after, if your wanting to game, get the Play, if you want to watch some films and stuff on the go, get the Note.
You have to be more specific but imo I think the best all round phone atm is the Asus Padfone 2, but still waiting on a release date but still, whats better than having a phone, 3G tablet and Netbook all in one!
The play is laggy and crap and its old. Just go for a nexus 4 or the galaxy nexus. Nexus phones always have the best devs

[REQUEST] Ubuntu ROM for SG2 tab 10.1

So what are the chances of someone porting this to our tablet? Is this even a remote possibility? I've been seeing this floating around on other tablets and phones and the thought of it makes me drool!

But Ubuntu rom is still a work in progress, when I ran it on my phone much of it was just mockups. There may be more functionality since then but I highly doubt it's usable enough to be a daily driver

Thanks I'd definitely like to see something come for our tabs in this way.

Screen too big

I have had this tablet since it came out and I also have a note 3 I find myself using my note 3 more at home because the 10.1 just isn't comfortable to hold I find it awkward I would like something in the middle of my note 3 and the note 10.1 I'm thinking the note 8.0 but is this dated is there something else that you would feel is better?

If you want one with a pen you have the newly released Nvidia Tegra note 7 as an alternative
Sent from my GT-N7105 using xda app-developers app
The tablet that I pick up mosy for general use in my house is my rooted Nook HD plus. It is made to hold portrait runs plenty fast and is the most comfortable to hold.
For reference I also have Note 10.1, Ipad, Ipad mini, and nexus 7. I find the 7 inch screen to small. My second choice would be the mini.
