Smallest and funkiest RoM for Micromax A60 with a battery backup of more than 3-4 days or even more.
As the name suggests ,you wont regret flashing this rom ,
Heavily tweaked and the lightest and fastest of all the roms available for A60. All claro apps and wallpapers are removed.
This RoM booting time is the BEST.
My phone boots in 30-35 seconds. If you install lots of apps be sure to use a startup disabling program to get a great start up.
And yes there are no sd card ejection. Note: Since the rom i developed keeping the battery life in mind so you may face problems in multitaking in V1 so from V2 I am including a setcpu app , so whenever you feel the need high performance just switch to only 600mhz and YOU WILL HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Remember to switch to default 245 to 600 mhz if you want a really long battery life and a slightly weaker(only slight ) multitasking performance

Installation Instruction-(IMPORTANT)
its the same as any other rom to see full instruction click here Thanks to andro king.
But after you install the rom . On first startup u will see the netlock screen . Enter Airplane mode using the switch off button and cancel the screen 2-3 times then in menu click on No Lock app. In it click on Locking enabled and it will turn into locking disabled. No you can exit airplane mode . You will now experience the netlock screen only for 1-2 times only on startups or never.
If you want a lock application just install a locking application from market it will work with no lock app.
NOTE: on using any kind of task killers , just exclude no lock app from the killing list to avoid netlock screen

I don't know about the comparison but I find it sweet.
If you face problem in detecting your phone on ur pc just restart your phone while it is connected to the computer.
Any suggestions will be welcomed .
And I have to quit my development on GB as things are not turning good. Some thing weird has happened with my laptop. I cannot edit boot.img which is really crucial for porting.Sorry guys will try again sometime in future.

Again reminding everybody about the idea of this ROM. We tested whether MC T2 ROMs will boot on system as Mobistel is lauching its JB update in the first week of JAN. This ROM was so stable and perfect for our device too which ensures no need of port of JB from other devices as it will be readily available for our devices too even before Micromax releases it (if they ever had a idea of that).
Rom Flashing Steps:
First you need to revert to stock recovery as this ROM will not get updated to CWM recovery.
Then copy the ROM in your internal sd card.
Enter stock recovery by pressing (Vol+)+(Vol-)+Power. Then press Vol+ button once the option screen turns up.
Flash the ROM.(No need to wipe cache and Dalvik cache)
Reboot the device.
Go to settings-backup & reset-factory data reset.
No lags found so far. If you find something please post it as comments below.

First impressions are good...yet to test camera and flash intensity but device is genrally little more smoother that stock v1/v2 of mmx.
Rooted, about to instal CWM.Will keep you guys posted.:victory:

No auto brightness
images andvideos are now by default stored on external memory unlike v2
Flash is definately brighter than V2
Edit:: Just saw a tv out option in display settings....but i confess that i dont know how to use it
More learned men kindly tell me about this tv out.
Edit 2:: Just saw the option for wifi direct.now sure wether it is working or not...it did turn on upon ticking the box however the settings didnt popup for them upon opening.
Edit 3:: Installed CWM...taking backup now.
Will update about everything tomorrow including TV out and light sensor

shivg86...its very simple.
1--copy zip file to memory card
2--turn off mobile phone.
3--with mobile in off state, press both volume buttons and power button simultaneously
4..now canvas2 logo will flash...leave those buttons now...then the recovery screen will flash.
Now press volume up button.
5--choose update from sdcard2
6--select the zip file using volume buttons
7--press enter by pressing the menu(square capacitive button)
8---let it reboot
9--you are done, enjoy
10--thank me by pressing thanks...if this short guide helped you.

yes...if u check for sensors it does detect a sensor but the sensor itself did not detect any magnetic field. either the earth's natural magnetic field or the one i created by using an electromagnet.

Few suggestions:
Let's retain the default camera application.
S3 Dialer is perfect, or for a change you can try the xperia dialer.
Let's have only the touchwiz and xperia launcher.
Let the battery icon remain as default coz its difficult to see the battery remaining due to percentage notification.
I always wanted to tell you to include the s3 messaging app included in your ROM than using the default app.
Let's not miss out on the tweaks you did for battery. That was brilliant work in earlier versions.

Is it possible to have a zip file to flash to add volume rocker wake option in the rom. I had it in the desire hd, and loved it (Partly because i have OCD and would like to extend life of power button ) . Also it would be nice to have a torch app or shortcut built in, like in miui, where in you can long press the home button on lock screen to toggle flashlight. Small but very useful. Thanks. :good:

hey suhas great work with the rom.....i have a real problem....once the battery is 0% and the phone gets switched off, it is impossible to charge it then. i had to put my battery in another canvas 2 and charge it.. please fix.

Last week I was using SUVI 4.1 and Deep sleep battery is also installed on my phone,battery given backup of 28 hrs and it was still on 20%,In the morning when I checked battery was drained and phone was not powering up even I connected with charger for 4 hours.I think that happened because of Deep sleep App conflicting with ROM(I am not sure)..Can you please let us know for what reasons It happened.
Anyways,I flashed my phone by SP Flash tool on Stock ROM V2 and rooted it again and installed GREAT SUVI ROM 5.1

Keep cwm backup on the sd card for such situations. Its not problem with suvi. To solve, you can flash again via sp tools (cynus t2 jb or mmx jb) and restore cem backup.
Also there is a thread dedicated for this problem. find in general section.

and one more thing sir - when charging, after 91% the phone shows green led light indicating battery full but the battery isn't completely charged.
and it also does not charge after 99% i have never seen a 100% wriiten.
their was none of the problems with v4.

how can i push your Launcher in V3 to V5. the Launcher icons in 5.1T is different from the launcher in v3. please help

i tried that. but cant take screenshots. the only thing that happens is that my ringtone volume goes down. so screenshot captured.

I had the same problem twice. Had to search for a battery charger in the market , and then charge the battery out of the phone to get the phone to boot up again. It happened twice.
DONT LET THE PHONE GO TO 0% CHARGE. Switch it off at around 5% to avoid it , i guess

no buddy u need to be on stock jb so plz first flash stock jb through sp flash tool, then flash jmp v10

Yes you are right no need to flash job rom first. But I don't personally feel to move to some new rom instead of original firmware just for some tweaks when could easy found in xda. You can get same or even more performance using official stock rom. This I am saying from lots of search over Google.

I hv MMX a110.apparently I had flashed Cynus T2JB cwmV17.01 and has been working very well.
now yday installed JMP-V10 rom. it has been installed well except below:
- the shortcut icons (only for the apps on the sd card) cannot stay on the desktops after phone reboot.
- no notifications on the shortcut icons for new emails and new smss. but the ribbon does show the notifications.
if someone can help to fix these issues. pls do ask if u want anymore info.

issues like this can happen, hence it is advisable to first flash the stock mmx jb (preferably via sp tool) then flash any custom rom
also all the benifits of jmp 10 like better fps is only available when your refresh rate is 60 hertz which can be done only by flashing official mmx jb rom through sp flash tool

Hello, i'm looking for a tester from Pakistan or somewhere else having a varient of Micromax A110 .. to test LeWa OS so that I can fix it and make it work for other variants :good:

It was fine but when I tried charging it didn't
Now i can charge when phone is turned off
and when it is on it doesn't charge,,,, it doesn't detect in my pc anymore
I tried to install other ROMs but same result
before installing everything was fine
do you know any way to remove your recovery style may be because of that it doesn't charge
I reinstalled recovery but it didn't changed that

That's an old version new version is 14 June check that on thread. And what recovery you taking about?
Just flash stock rom using splash and everything will be okay

how i am supposed to flash using spflash man.... pc doesn't detect my phone anymore
when I boot into recovery while pressing volume button and power button
thn it ask me 3 options recovery/fastboot/normal

then install stock ROM using recovery.. before that clear data/cache/dalvik.. then it should work fine and don't worry about those three options does happen sometimes !
I just downloaded your updated ROM and about to install it....
I hope it will solve this issue later will try stock rom

1. My friend flash ur phone with cynus t2 v17 to detecting ur phone.
2. Then install drivers properly and flash with stock rom with sp tools.
3. Install cwm recovery.
3 Flash with latest lewa 14 june version.
I have tried your 14.06 & 07.06 lewa for minetologu stealth 2 malaysia brand, varient for mmx a110 and its is nice.. really good...
I bug i after tried your rom..
My screen cant auto rotate.
I have on the option in the setting but still cant.. both update cant...

I have installed Cynus T2 v17
Still no success in connecting with computer
tried different cables and computers
if i turn off cell phone it charge normally from charger and from pc data cable

Clean out the USB port on the phone (check) and slightly bend the little stick in the middle to the top of the phone towards the screen. Apparently, after so much charging, the little metal sick in the middle tends to bend down. I read that you should slightly bend it up again to straighten it out. Used a letter opener and slightly pushed up.
SUCCESS!! The phone is now charging and the computer can recognize the USB connection.

Thats what I was looking for brother..!!
copy sensors.so from /system/lib/hw/sensors.so of stock rom and add it in lewa ZIP in same location then flash(clear data/cache/dalvik)
then tell me result, if possible give me logcat as well , when you try rotating the phone(How to take logcat)
Try Replacing system/lib/hw/sensors.so and then see

glad that it wasn't the rom causing the problem ...
Is your auto rotation working on Lewa(if you flashed it again)..

What security is your wifi network? Also restart the router. Wpa key is better for wifi :/
