yeah me too,been searching around for A13 cwm,
my tablet is softwiner q7033 clone, I cant find any key combination to make it boot in recovery.
has anyone found it yet ???

I want to make a build of CM10.1 for my Micromax Funbook Pro (A10 BASED DEVICE) ! I know that any ROM based on any A10 device will work on all A10 based tablet. CM 10 is working fine on my device without bugs after a few modifications !
So, I founded a build of CM10.1 for Ainol Elf 2(A10 BASED DEVICE with same resolution as my device's) , When i first flashed it it didn't boot up ! Then i tried the porting method from here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1941239 But still it didn't boot up !
Can anyone help me on this? I am new to this!

I don't know about a10 device in detail yet !!
Of course A10 is single-core CPU. If you want to install ROM according to your tablet, try to install ROM from Ainol Elf/Aurora (I).
Second gen. of Elf's and Aurora's is Dual-Core.

No, the ROM must be specifically built for your specific model number, using anything else will almost certainly brick your device.

I know nexgen, developper of the Infinity ROM manage to get it booting but don't know how, he only say to use a quad core ROM.
A ROM under 4.2 is ZP900H_4.2.1_2.5G_By_Jaynes.rar (google it)
I some can help and get a booting ROM may he can write a quick HOW-TO :good:

On the russian forum, they have ported ROM from MTK6589 to MTK6577, so the porting is possible, but it was for same android version.
I want to port to Android 4.1 to Android 4.2 too.
Nexgen say he have a working Android 4.2 ROM for A888 duo / Wiko King ... so yes it must be possible

Hey somebody do that port JB 4.2 for mtk6577, every one will love it...
Port Mtk6589 Android 4.2 to mtk6577. Only processor changes.
ANy news here_ Or alternatives. I{m really interested as well. I have a Jiayu g3 mtk6577 with Android 4.1. The Jiayu G3S is exactly the same hardware, except for the mtk6589 processor and has Android 4.2. Everything else is exactly the same. Maybe that makes it easier!?

my question is: someone knows the tablet Mediacom M-mp8s23g Smartpad 8.0 s2 3g, that brings inside a mt8382 processor (4 cortex a-7 1.3 ghz and mali-400 GPU)? I've rooted it, but are there mods for this device? it has a standard and limited recovery and android 4.2 JB. I'd like to know all the possible tweaks with this device, such as roms, kernels, tools, recoveries... maybe something realted to the "mt8382" and not directly to this specific tablet. Thanks in advance for reading this.

search canvas tab p680 at needromdotcom u will find a kitkat rom. pls check the soc details bfore flashing anyway

I'm kinda new here so I'm also not familiar with basics but here it goes;
I have a Piranha brand on stock rom ( Turkish brand maybe don't know it's international much ) tablet which uses Allwinner A10 1.4 GHz Cortex A8 processor. Right now it doesn't continue from it's boot screen and I wanted to install another rom if it's possible. I can also download Androdi 4.0.4 ICS or Android 4.1 JB but like I said I want to install another rom. So my question is, is it possible for my tablet and can you point me to right direction ?
