There are 2. The free one, which was linked, works just as good as the paid version done by another dev.

Is My ROM based on official firmware? [screenshot]

Brand new to sensation.
Bought mine rooted n running ICS.
Wanted to make sure I am running my ICS based on OFFICIAL FIRMWARE.
Am I?

This is a 4G icon i came across. It only works on sense 3.6 and below ( NOT FOR SENSE 4A )
im not the maker i just found cant remember where tho but thanks goes to original dev.
