XDA - Rom Developers // Themer's // {What Apps do you they use?} - Android General

Have you ever wonder what XDA Developers use on their android devices, I've always been curious as to if there was anything out here in the forums about the well known developers out there and what they use daily on there personal android devices. How much angry birds do they play?, What sms app do they prefer?, Web browser (Chrome, Dolphin, Firefox, etc) and a whole lot more questions.
So here's what we need, Developers, Themer's anybody who has done work on XDA preferably recognized members on XDA, We need them to come to this post and comment with what they use on there devices.
I think this would be very enjoyable for many other developers, themers and just members of the Android community.
Feel free to post a comment about what you think.

Android Apps Database

Hi,
Just have a noob Android user question.
Like for winmo devices, there are a lot of sites where we get commercial games and apps crakced and for free.
Is something like this possible for Android as well?
P.S. I don't mean anything wrong, but just something came to my mind. I still support the android app developers by buying the apps.
Sure
Android is a bit of a unique community.
Yes, you'll find them. You can find packages of 100's of them on your usual torrent sites, newsgroups, etc.
And sometimes, as a member of this community, you'll find developers post their .apk on the board, simply to retrieve feedback.
But we want Android developers to thrive - therefore we buy our apps if we can.
And please do so as well.
Thanks for the response.
good to know!

We are searching for app developers as we have run into a bunch of exciting app jobs.
We are looking for Android and iOS developers - both offsite and onsite (onsite would be in Denmark or Kochi (India))
We are also doing some big projects where we need a ROM cooker to build a custom Android ROM for a tablet.
The projects is among others for example learning apps for education which will be shared free on the android market - so here is your chance to make your hobby/passion change the world in some way.
Are you one of the above please contact us here:

Remember to mark it as "Job at Phases".
I have been reading the rules of XDA and couldn't really find anything about posting jobs in here - if it's not cool or allowed please let me know and I'll remove it.
Lastly a big thanks to XDA for this great place - we are running custom Android ROMs on our smartphones and feel a lot cool'er than all the "standard" Iphone business people out there

[Q] Recruiting Developers for Unofficial XBMC Development

I'm from the largest unofficial XBMC development web site and we're currently looking for people to work with us on the development of our Kodi-fork called TVMC. We're also always looking for Python or Windows and Mac developers as well. It would be great for people looking for hands on experience, or to fill up some free time doing something cool.
Millions of people use our stuff daily, and our numbers are growing by the day, but we could really use more help. If you'd be interested, feel free to Contact Us through our web form as soon as possible: http://www.tvaddons.ag/contact-us/
If you haven't heard of XBMC (now Kodi) check out our Installation Guides, if you're on Android or Mac just install the TVMC version: http://www.tvaddons.ag/install-kodi/
Thank you for your support!
