Re flashing a stock rom should do the trick for you!!

Any touchwiz based rom will do the trick

What this problem

I want to rom my phone but I am scared. My phone root with Amit bagaria cf root http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=19442301. since month ago now when I open tweaks or cwm or ext4 show this message please help

i use stock rom
Firmware version-2.3.6
GINGERBREAD.JPKPH
Baseband Version I9003JXKP3

That was my stock rom and i was using urniversal cf-root by amit.bargnia. And there was no problem at all. Ok try reinstalling the frimware

My stock recovery doesnt detect the memory card E cannot find the path for volume sdcard

i dont think it is possible to replace the stock recovery because when i had a galaxy y i had to open the cwm through the zip file every time i wanted to use it ....
try removing and re-inserting the memory card... that might work....

Yup actually most of ppl confusing abt this..there are many models as Y , Young and duos..but many of them running on GB..this is not Y

I copied it to /cache as stock recovery didn't see my sd card.
When I tried installing it from there, it said signature verification failed.

You will get new updated official firmware from samsung.
