The name of the app/widget that its in the middle of the screen with a "Flyne" before and that shows the battery level. I can't find it, so... any help?

EDIT: issue fixed, reboot did the trick. i'd still like to know what is causing this issue, and how i can fix it permanently. i'd also like to know how i can make voice search start immediately, instead of pressing a button.
