STEPS FOR INSTALLATION :
Download the ROM .zip file
Transfer it to your SD card
Reboot into Recovery
Select wipe data/factory reset ( A MUST ! )
Select install zip from SD
Select NinjaROMv1.zip
Flash it
Reboot phone
First boot takes quite a long time... so be patient... don't try to turn your phone off or anything
don't do anything until the setup wizard appears
Finish the Setup
Press the options button ( 2nd from left in the hardware touch buttons )
Select More >> ADWSettings >> Theme Preferences >>Select the Theme as 'Minimalist' >> Scroll Down and APPLY THEME
Thats it ... !!!

KNOWN ISSUES:
Reboot into recovery does not work ( enter recovery from bootloader instead ) no idea why ...
Settings will force close when personalize option is selected ( due to the absence of HTC sense Launcher )
Slight Theming errors in some .9 png's ... (had edited without decompiling ) ...

Yea ... sure ...

double lock screen
i had just installed the rom and the lock screen was o.k., then after 5 min..(i didn't do any changes) but i had to unlock the screen two times......
first unlock style was that of samsung mobiles and then the second one was the stock ninja style.....
they both overlaped each other.....
it got ok after a normal restart.......

Yea ... that is due to the removal of the HTC Lock screen ... the AOSP Lockscreen sometimes kicks in nd makes a fuss ... ... easy correct is .... just disable holo locker and re-enable it again ... :good:

Please check the problem with the status bar........

When we lock or unlock the desktop(from the "more" in options), the status bar appears on its own(if it was hidden first),
Then whatever activity we do, it doesn't hide back on its own,
.
But when we swipe up to hide it and then again swipe down to show it, and again do some activity, it disappears on its own.......and doesn't come back on its own........

I have selected home binding action as "hide dock bar"....
.
During the lock screen, simply pressing home unlocks the screen.....
.
When I disable the home button in holo locker, the problem is solved, but then it does not hide the dock bar.......
.

You should try to make a partially SenseLess version. It's relatively easy to do so.
I see a bright future in this mod, don't give up and finish it. I would test it but I'm already occupied by CyanogenMod 9, so sorry.

Awesome boot animation... Stuck for bit long..
Done with that, now optimizing apps... 300 apps in total in my device.. Loving it:thumbup:
BTW @selva,you should post the font preview in OP, so that it's easy to select in aroma, also pls tell about the aosp launcher
Proud to be the first person to flash this ROM after selva....
Scrolling has improved tremendously once cached... Also the green color looks beautiful...
Camera nodding is awesome, though starting time has increased a bit.. Small price to pay..
Also in trebuchet launcher, I guess the search bar is bit buggy
Windows animation is awesome, but sometimes it can be irking, causing too much time to load up, but you can decrease that in developer's option in phone
Not only in Google search bar, but in messaging tools, swype beta and the screen is bit in conflict... Selva do look at this issue pls
Phone has certainly gone faster, but trebuchet a setback, I personally didn't like it and also loads the app drawer again and again... Will revert back to tw ux 5x5 as nova and apex can be installed

That's a really nice Rom! Butter smooth and amazing fast! :thumbup:
But I found a little issue... with stock keyboard I can only see the wallpaper and not that what I write, with 3rd party keyboard works it fine.
And the wlan will not work. It finds my router but will not connect to it
After work I will try to flash my xxlq7 again via Odin and then your rom over it. Maybe it solves the problem... I will report what happen.

Scripts will only wipe Cache and Dalvik cache buddy, IT will not Wipe Data...

It took me 4 to 5 min flat to read all the features .......!!
But I have only one doubt that is this rom fully based on Cm10 build4 or AOKP .......?
Cause I have never used aokp ics..
And does video recording work in this.......?
No more questions if video recording an video viewing works its a super yes from my side ......!!
And last does wifi work cuz its too impo. For me

data not getting enabled when switched to 2g network... rest all feels awesome....damn fast and all settings work...damn soomth UI...all toogles working... good job dev...

okay few bugs i found...
1st. SuperSU not working
2nd Panaroma causes FC in camera

Can anyone else recheck the probs of supersu and panaroma........!!!

1. su not working
2. keyboard light not working ( i'll fix it myself )
3. am using 4.2 camera so suggest to op to add 4.2 camera(everything works in camera )
4. (video recording not working as it is cm10 alpha#4 bug everything work fine else +1 @ OP

The same bugs in this SII SCD 8.1

Do we have to flash gapps aswell.... ???

When it boots up and comes to the lock screen and then when I unlock it it reboots.... Everytime i do it it starts rebooting.....

Yea, I had to put this in the notes. If you lock the screen the line will be gone forever.
Come on people, I need more confirms about the phone bug!
Oh and also a new build "should" come in some hours with some minor fixes (overlay fix on Launcher and total removal (if any) of phone bug just to be sure)

Aw it works!! I flash the gapps and it works.. And Lock Screen , Softkey in the settings don't work , FC and FC ..
Live wallpapers keep loading and nothing happened

To off Bluetooth Go to setting Apps, all apps in there Bluetooth share Click on force stop and it will off

Thanks very much to all of you guys! Glad to hear there is no phone bug. In next build I will also switch to Trebuchet because AOKP uses Launcher2 and oh boy, it's no good for mdpi - it would need resizing and it's not worth the testing. I will also work on Bluetooth thanks again!
