Probably you did something wrong... I tried both and both worked fine. I still use cm9.
BTW I can give you link of official stable stock GB rom for L3 (I used it to return from miui to GB)

Here you go. Flashable zip of rooted stockrom.

By the way the Xperia launcher Rom someone posted above works perfectly. I'm using it and its exactly the same as Stock. Only the launcher is different.

[NEWS] Android 4.0 has been ported on ds![Nov 10]

so, we will have a big surprise recently .

those miui Rom posted here has none business of mine .
Funny that, I could have sworn I opened the Android Development forum, not the General forum.

but i think this is a MIUI with ics interface...not pure ics...isn'it?
Galnet MIUI ICS is our experimental builds for the Ice Cream Sandwich framework being introduced into MIUI. These builds don’t look any different, however they do come with some of the ICS benefits such as power management and ram management.

So i think it is ICS, but i don't know for sure.
hmmm... I dont know what is inside, but it looks still like MIUI

It has a mixed framework. Ram and cpu management are improved. Will post a benchmark later. Galaxy S2 scored a whooping 5000+ score in quadrant.

This one, but I'm not convinced. I think its 100% fake. They have just modified the build.prop to say 4.01.
Also in 4ext recovery it said my current Rom was libra_saga-userdebug 2.3.7

Until LG officially releases ICS for the G2X, not a single ICS Rom currently out there is "Stable" by how you're using it. There are some GREAT ICS Roms out there for the G2X, but they all share the same problems (No HW Accel for video, Video Recording being bleh, etc.)

I've tried 4 different ICS roms. None are "stable". Some are slow and laggy and others freeze and reboot. GPS doesn't lock quickly either.
Flashed back to stock 2.3.4 rom and everything works as intended.

Hi, I've been waiting for a perfect ICS mod, but there seems so many.
Is there a mod where the camera works as it should ie nothing upside down.
I want to upgrade once and be happy not try stacks of different ones.
Thanks in advance.
Yes, use defcomg's modded JB 4.2 camera and it's not upside down.
i have installed the 4.2 camera and the frontcamera (where you do videocalls) is still upside down, normal camera is ok and 3d also. Any idea? or did i made somethong wrong?

Thanks, so will the phone be fully 3d capable with ICS firmware.
What would be the best firmware ? I don't mind bloatware just want the most stable uptodate ROM which will allow my 3d phone to function as if LG gave us a p920 update.

No recommendation.
You can load the JB TW ROM and then install the launcher of your choice to change the look. I still prefer that to one of the custom ROMs due to stability and the ability to use Link, IR remote, etc.

Downgrade JellyBean to ICS??

Hello i recently fix my phone ( CYNUS T2) running 4.1.1 ..
i want to downgrade to ICS because dual sim doesnt work well and bluetooth has few problem
can anyone explain me the right way?? via odin or flashtool or cwm..
You can't downgrade just like that you have to start from scratch, I.e format everything, go back to stock, use kernel cleaning script for your phone, then flash ics rom of your choice

I think you should move to 4.2.1,
All 4.2.1 rom are awesome, and getting developed day by day.. And not buggy or lagging at all.
