I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace and the battery started doing some weird things lately.
Whenever I run any app, the battery is drained within seconds and then when I plug the charger in, the phone says that it's fully charged within a few minutes. When I use the phone with the charger plugged in the battery is drained anyway.

Any ideas what's wrong? The battery used to last for days a month ago.

I woke up this morning sat up and grabbed my phone off my nightstand like I do every morning and dropped it instantly, it was extremely hot. I turned on the screen and saw that my batter was scolding 55c it's normally 27 - 29c when I check it throughout the day. I am really concerned about the longevity of my battery and phone. Was the battery hot enough to permanently damage any of the components? Is the battery safe to use or is it ruined? There doesn't appear to be any swelling.

Hello XDA, I've got a new Galaxy Note3 sm-n900, everything is working perfect, but buttery is terrible... I tried everything, full charge, deep charge, today I turned off and charged when it was fully charged and turned on it was 96% any idea guys how to extend life ??? I have turned off unnecessary apps etc...
Just remove battery for few minutes and insert back. battery drain should be fixed.
Also try my battery saving tips here! Good Results!

Hi guys,
I noticed that my battery drains kind of fast without even using the phone.
I have Wakelock Detector installed and there is an unusual awake time of almost 50%, but less one minute of wakelocks..
The sshot attached was took one hour after reboot the phone and without touch it.
I cannot figure out which app is making the awake time so huge. Phone is a galaxy S3 LTE with stock rooted ROM
Any help?

Since been on 6.0.1 i had battery problems
i done a factory reset my phone still got batteru problems
i charge my phone 2 to 3 times a day
and i charge my phone to 100 before i sleep when i get up my phone battery drops from 100 to 60 percent
Is there anything i can do to fix the problems

Hello! This has been happening since ≈1 month. I always turn the phone off while charging. Is this a bug or not?

At the end of the day, charge the battery with a low charging current.
Don't use fast charging and don't turn off your phone while it's charging.
After charging, disconnect the charger and do not use the phone at night, and take a graph in the morning.
Probably a bug because you charge it when shut down.
Try charging normally when the device is running and it will probably disappear.
