Here guys I present you my small mod..
It's the original camera app from AOSP ICS (or known as LegacyCamera on some CM10 ROMs),
but I moded the layout a bit so it'll looks like this :

I like this layout very much! But unfortunatly the app doesn't work very well for me.
I'm using CM10 by Scritch and in this ROM the original camera.apk is joined with gallery.apk.
Maybe that's why this one doesn't work very well?
I extracted the zip and installed your apk manually by copying to /system/app and setting perms to 644.
* The app gives random FC.
* The viewing area is a very small, non centered rectangle.
* On screen buttons respond very slow.
* I couldn't find the resolution setting (8MP, 6MP, etc.)

hmmm i think it's because guatep my camera app is from mdpi rom..
so can you please upload camera.apk from AOSP ICS or CM9 of your device ??
maybe i can make the fixed one with no bug,

Like i wrote earlier. The ROM i use doesn't have camera.apk because it's embedded/joined with gallery.apk, else camera won't work.
Maybe you can contact scritch007, he is good with camera and I guess he can give you what you need.
For now I'm using camera ICS (playstore). It has some extenden features. Maybe you can adapt that one?

i know because JB uses that method to get the quick access beetwen camera and photo viewer,
ok i'll try to contact him..
about camera ICS from play store :
the free version is very old and not updated, and video record is FCs on my device..
the paid version is up to date and video record working flawlessly, but of course i can't distribute it..
does the vedio in 4.1 work?

actually rosie is lodaed but after checking DoubleShot rom...it doesn't have any extra features...like true Sense 3.0 Kingdom rom...so i'm stop working on it...but if u want bootable files then will upload here also here is fixed egl...try pushing via adb...

Laggy bcoz of egl n surface flinger lib... Try replacing it with any GB Rom...
BTW I like ur HotCofee title...

This is a mod for Auto rotating Dialer for XXKPM. If you were missing it I just ported it to our device for KPM.

I just ported Auto rotating Dialer and Flip to mute along with Logs Provider modded to exclude the SMS logs (sent/ received).
Its in CWM compatible zip format for flashing in recovery.

In sgs9000 forum I saw that mod for music player many months ago.
it works great.
p.s. to restore the dialer how can I do?
you should have to take the backup if your dialertab.apk and phone.apk using root explorer or titanium backup

@SGS, already read through whole thread, no source code. There is another thread on which he based his work. Tried following that but its quite different than our stuff. So I had to satisfy myself with the low battery MOD.

Hey I tried to replace my SemcPhone.apk with yours, and my service turned off completely.(no calls or internet). I did not flash via recovery, but instead I manually extracted apk from update-v2-english.zip and used root explorer to replace my apk. (i did change permissions also). Im using 4.0a.0.42 2.3.4, DOOMkernel v.10. Is this error because I didnt flash in cwm?? I really want to use this themed dialer if someone can help?
*Edit-i just flashed in recovery and it didnt work also. No services..? Is this semcphone.apk for .42 firmware?
Nevermind my last post thank you for the work you did. Since I wasnt able to get your semcphone.apk to work, I copied and pasted your themed images into my own semcphone.apk. If anyone wants it and OP doesnt mind me posting a link I will share it for anyone having troubles like me. It looks really nice when receiving a call.

I tried manually switching the apks and I had already tried to flash via recovery and that didnt work either. I even tried flashing the theme in the OP after I made the donation and that didnt work either but that is for xperia Neo. I actually just took pictures from Semcphone.apk & the lockscreen & normal dialer images and added them to my framework-res. A lot more work but well worth it.

Not working on Alliance ROM beta 1 SL7. After choosing a photo the phone will vibrate then force close.

I m french and this app run like a charm, if I change language of my phone (example English UK) the app is not visible in the drawer :/
The best is download the correct version of your region in the Samsung app store.

I used to have this problem when using Photo editor 2.2.3. But i managed to get it working. I replace the SecGalery2_Galaxy.apk with the one from RR XXLS2 V1 ROM. And it works for me. Dont know about this 2.2.42.2..
